Amazing staff and incredible service!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Captain Charlie and Bianca went above and beyond to make our trip to palomino island absolutely perfect. Captain Charlie was professional, knowledgeable of evertthingg we asked , and made us feel safe and super comfortable Bianca was amazing—she anticipated our every need!! took exceptional care of everyone on board, the staffed even magically cured myself dealing with motion sickness, and always had a smile on their faces. The food Bianca prepared was absolutely delicious and exceeded all expectations! The hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care made this trip unforgettable. If you're considering a boat excursion, I cannot recommend Captain Charlie and Bianca highly enough. They truly made our day on the water a 5-star experience from start to finish! 🌴☀️⛵️💙

Our trip out to Icacos was cut short due to a strong current but we headed to Palominos and it was everything that we promised. Clear waters and beautiful beaches. Lunch was provided with drinks which was delicious. The boat was clean and pristine. Since we couldn’t go to Icacos we headed to Ramos which was completely deserted and gorgeous. I was happy that Captain Charlie was flexible with our trip and made it a very bespoke experience. I would recommend this experience!

After an initial snafu with “included transportation” that wasn’t in fact included… (still not sure who’s end that was on, Viator or boat company but double check before booking!)…. The trip itself was AMAZING!! We will never do the “cattle ferry” to these beautiful islands again. Our Capt & crew were great, they provided snacks & drinks. They also had snorkel gear to use & a float mat. We will definitely be back soon :)

Captain Jose was the best! 10/10 recommend this excursion, Jose was informative about the surrounding islands and very prepared with everything we needed for a good time. Lunch was prepared with fresh fruit and chicken, there was plenty of drinks. He brought the music and the private experience was worth it. We brought our own snorkel gear and on palomino island the water was so clear we saw a lot of sea life.

We had a great trip and Captain Charles was very nice with us! We would definitely hire them again! 100% recommend

Awesome trip.... Capt Alex was awesome. He was very attentive to our needs. Clean Vessel. Great Food. Plenty of drinks. Great Water Toys. Best Time on the water. If you can swing it.. book a private trip.. Much better than getting hauled out to an island on a cattle trailer and being left to fend for yourself. My only suggestion would be provide a couple beach chaise loungers.. (he might have brought had I asked the day before but just a thought. Great communication day of booking and morning of trip..

I had an amazing time @ Isla Icacos! Private boat is the best way to go! Super chill and awesome captain! My friend and I loved every moment!

Best service, exceeded our expectations. Jose and Minell arrived timely and supported each request we had. During the day they had fruits, drinks, snacks and lunch for the group. Very attentive and a fun team. Will be repeating soon!
