A great trip and excellent value for money. Please be aware the photos of the boat are when it was new and so it now a little tired in places, but don’t let this put you off.

This was an amazing trip - the crew were super friendly. We saw loads of dolphins and even had time for a swim. Great value for money.

The boat trip was really nice with nice staff and good service. Just as it said, drinks and snacks were offered and the staff offered refills during the boat trip. However, I would have liked to divide this review into two parts, one is the boat trip where there is nothing to complain about 10/10 🌟. However, before the boat trip, the staff need to work on their service, even though we are tourists, you can be helpful. Looks like a mother and two daughters in charge. The mother was nice, but one daughter needs to learn to treat customers better. The person just stares with a killer look and speaks Spanish although we have clearly explained that we do not speak Spanish. When the same person then led us to the boat, she was really completely unconcerned if we all even joined in. You can still work with commitment. We understand that some things can be due to language barriers, but we do not appreciate as tourists that you just stare at us. It gives neither them nor us anything. We don't see the behavior as welcoming. Had not gone back or recommended it further because of this person.

Amazing experience! My favourite day of the holiday and would 100% do again! The kids loved it and the crew were excellent with life jackets, snacks and drinks! We booked the 4-6pm so was worried about not seeing the dolphins but we saw loads! Thanks again for a great afternoon out

We booked a tour to see dolphins (supposedly). We were traveling with 2 children and had to travel from outside of Fuengirola. We arrived with plenty of time to spare, and when it was time to board, they told us we couldn't get on because the boat was full. I don't understand how, if we had booked, paid, and arrived well in advance, something like this is possible. The disappointment of the children and all the logistics to get there and have to leave. They simply let other people who weren't signed up on before us. If you don't want to be disappointed, you'd better book with another company, as there are many, but definitely NOT this one!

Never again. There was a major problem with the management of our booking. We booked several days in advance through the company's official website and, upon arriving, our name did not appear on the list. The first thing I want to highlight is that the two girls at the entrance were very kind from the beginning. They tried to help us, look for solutions, and were very professional at all times. Unfortunately, we cannot say the same about the person who was behind the computer (I don't know what her name is, but she was a girl/woman with short hair). Her treatment was very rude and unprofessional, not only with us, but also with her own colleagues, in front of all the customers. Instead of explaining to us what had happened or looking for a solution, she asked us which page we had booked through. Upon telling her that it was through the company's official page, she replied that we shouldn't have booked through there because that website was having problems. Honestly, how were we supposed to know that the official website itself wasn't working correctly? While we, along with other customers, waited without receiving any information, she started calling the website designer to ask why it was still active. She even went so far as to tell us that we wouldn't be able to leave at the reserved time for having used that page, when evidently that problem was the company's responsibility and not the customers'. We finally managed to board, but on a boat prepared for 11 people, where we ended up being 13. Furthermore, during the whole process it was clear that there were several errors in the bookings: other customers also didn't appear on the list and some groups were listed with a different number of people than the actual one. The two reception girls tried to explain to her that the problem was probably in the system or the lists, but she kept responding to them in an unpleasant and derogatory way. I want to highlight again the attitude of the two girls at the entrance and also that of the captain and the guy who accompanied her on the boat. All of them were very kind, attentive, and professional. I hope that someone in charge reads this review, because the problem wasn't the booking error (which can happen), but the way it was handled. Such disrespectful treatment toward customers and toward one's own colleagues should not be part of a company's service.

We went on the dolphin watching tour this morning and it was incredible! Boat is lovely with a generous selection of cava, beers and soft drinks available. The staff very much leave you to yourself to explore the boat and help yourself to drinks. We were lucky enough to spot 2 pods of dolphins, which just capped it all off perfectly!

There was a lighter chaotic atmosphere in the office and when we had sailed out, we had to return after 3 guests who had arrived too late. However, the captain and his assistant did everything we could to see dolphins and it succeeded. The boats from the company were good at helping each other with information about where the dolphins were. We were offered drinks in several rounds, but it was not as such “luxury brands”. But overall a good trip

Terrible experience - sailed out to the middle of the sea and stayed there with huge waves trying to see dolphins which we did not see. Kids were being sick , snacks was a bowl of stale crisps and rubbish wine. We got offered to swim but the waves were huge and no life jackets for the children. Would not recommend.
