Itinerario
Pick up dal tuo hotel ad Amman alle 7 del mattino, dopo il viaggio, arriverai al ponte Allenby per la procedura di immigrazione dall'altra parte.
Inizia la classica visita del tour con un viaggio fino alla cima del Monte degli Ulivi che credeva che Gesù fosse asceso al cielo. Godrai di una magnifica vista dell'antica e moderna Gerusalemme, il centro delle 3 religioni mondiali celesti. Procedi con una passeggiata lungo la Via della Domenica delle Palme visitando la Cappella del Dominus Flevit, dove Gesù pianse.
Prosegui con un tour a piedi del Giardino del Getsemani e della Chiesa di tutte le Nazioni, dove Cristo pregò la notte del suo tradimento. Visita la Porta di Damasco, quindi dirigiti verso la città vecchia di Gerusalemme e visita la Chiesa del Santo Sepolcro, la tomba di Gesù Cristo. Procedi con la visita degli ultimi resti dell'antico tempio presso il Muro del Pianto occidentale, visita anche la Moschea di Al-Aqsa e la Cupola della Roccia. (Si prega di notare che ci sono orari programmati per queste visite, soggetti ai tempi di preghiera e alla sicurezza). Tempo libero per il pranzo e per esplorare in autonomia.
Nel pomeriggio partenza per Betlemme per visitare la Chiesa della Natività che segna il luogo di nascita di Gesù. Visita la Chiesa della Grotta, la Chiesa di Santa Caterina e le Grotte di San Girolamo dove la Bibbia è stata tradotta dall'ebraico al latino. Prosegui per il campo dei pastori a Beit Sahour, creduto dove gli angeli apparvero annunciando la nascita di Gesù. Rientro ad Allenby Bridge per la partenza. Dopo l'immigrazione, ritorno ad Amman e trasferimento in hotel.

I booked a Viator trip from Amman promising to cover both Jerusalem and Bethlehem. The owner initially warned me that Sunday travel wouldn’t allow both sites due to restrictions. When I threatened to cancel, she suggested moving the tour to Monday and assured me I’d see both places. However, the reality was very different—I only got to visit Jerusalem. To make matters worse, the communication at both borders was terrible, leaving me stranded with an incomplete itinerary and a hefty bill of $1045. Overall, a misleading and disappointing experience that didn’t deliver what was promised.
Thank you so much for your review, however let us clarify some facts as your review is misleading. We did advice you to move the day tour visit to Monday 20 Jan. 2025 instead of Sunday 19 Jan. 2025 due to crowdedness at the border from local pilgrimage groups. However, we clearly stated that due to the current situation the border closes early at 15.30 hours and, in all cases, you will have time to do Jerusalem visit only. We advised you to book the overnight Jerusalem and Bethlehem tour from 19 – 20 Jan. 2025 to do both Jerusalem and Bethlehem, and you did not amend the booking as per communications held. The visit of Jerusalem and border crossing was attended by us as per itinerary without any misleading information. Everything was clarified to you prior, even with the option of you cancelling. You proceeded with the tour based on your own.
The trip was organised by Safinaz; the tour was excellent and the all the support staff which were essentially the drivers Ahmed and Roni were great and handled everything thing beautifully, last but not least Marwan our guide was brilliant and worked really hard with us in such a short time and we covered the cities pretty in depth ,thank u from the bottom of our hearts ❤️❤️,Zaid travels is an extremely professional company and is highly recommended!

John, the driver who pick us up from our hotel was very pleasant and very nice in explaining things around especially someone who will meet us on the Israel side since he can not join us to cross the border. We highly recommend his service to us. As soon as we enter the Allenby inspection, it cost a lot of delay due to high risk of inspection on the Israeli part and it took us more than 2 hours before we met our Israeli side driver. He doesn’t talked much because he was always on the phone until our tour guide came in. Martin, our tour guide said since we came in late and he understands the long delay of inspection from the border and Immigration check too. I was disappointed because I booked this tour that includes the tour up in the Golden Mosque and he said we can not do it. They close at 10:30 am, we arrived past 11:00 am. He tried his best to go take us to the most important locations. Over all, the tour was very pleasant and my friends was in awe to see the holy sites. Thanks. Lito M.

Had a great experience. We had Ahmad as our driver for our airport transfers and also for our day tours to Jerusalem, Petra and the Hot Springs. He was very professional and friendly and really looked after us. He was always on time and maintained good communication via watsap. He drove well and safely and offered us water as well. We were very happy with his service. For the Palestine (Jerusalem/Bethlehem) tours the driver on the other side after the border crossing (Rami) as well as the tour guide (Ameer) were both also excellent and looked after us really well, both very knowledgable and passionate about the local areas. Overall a great experience.

Great drivers and tour guide. The most difficult part is crossing the border, however the officials there let you know what to do. Great trip!

Getting through the borders was somewhat confusing. We were not told about the shuttle bus and its cost prior to the trip or where to meet the tour guide upon arriving. How ever the driver, Ahmed, who picked us up at our hotel was wonderful and very helpful. The tour guide, Maharen, was absolutely fabulous. He was very knowledgeable, personal and accommodating to our needs. Also the operator was quick to reply to our emails. A great experience!

My wife and I were a little hesitant on this tour mainly because we didn’t want to have to sit on buses or terminals for hours waiting to crops the border. The transfer from Amman to the border crossing was smooth, the driver picked us up on time at the hotel. However, the crossing took approx. 2 hours. Mostly sitting on a bus waiting for it to fill up. Getting across was simple but there were some wait times involved and various check points. Once we made it through, our driver was waiting for us to take us to our meeting point in Jerusalem with our tour guide Michael. Michael was amazing! He is very knowledgeable and informative. My wife and I did a one day tour of Jerusalem and Bethlehem from Amman and Michael took us to all the important sites in both places. It was a rainy and cold day but he was a trooper the whole time and took his time giving us the history of each place we visited. Michael took us to the best Falafel spot in Bethlehem for lunch and to an awesome store to purchase olive wood items. Well done Michael! The transfer back to Amman was a lot quicker. Probably 30 minutes in all. Driver was a little late picking us up but communicated well. *Don’t forget to tip your your guides

worst trip ever the agency don't have any car or guide, they using sup agents and giving them low price, so don't think you will get a good service for a low price provided for these agents
What an unscrupulous paradoxical comment review to write! How come it’s a high profit and low price at the same time!? How did you do the tour visits without a car or guide?! Of course we use suppliers! This is just a comment to cause confusion just for the sake of mistreating us for no legitimate, well founded, reasonable, or rational reason or argument at all! So sorry for travelers to do so to others thru these means misusing this amazing platform to share positive experiences to inspire, build, and not to destroy!
