I was in Morocco for a week and extended my stay to visit Tangier. Immediately after booking the day trip, Karim texted me to welcome and thank me for choosing Tangier Patito! On the day of the tour, Haszan was waiting for us at the train station. He’s very knowledgeable of the area and I enjoyed the Cave of Hercules and the Meeting point of the Mediterranean Sea and Atlantic Ocean. Overall it was the best part of my trip! Wished I had stayed there longer.

Shortly after booking this tour through Viator I received several texts and a call from Karim, the operator of Tangier Patito Tours (Whatsapp is great). Karim was exceptionally helpful and ensured all of our questions were answered. He genuinely wanted to make sure we had an enjoyable time in Tangier. He arranged the high speed train tickets and our guide and driver. Our guide, Majid, was excellent. He was so enthusiastic to show us this beautiful city and the surrounding countryside. He is also extremely knowledgeable and and shared Tangier's significant place in history. All in all it was a wonderful day in a beautiful city.
What a great experience from the moment we booked! Kareem called to verify information and discuss details. Majid was our guide and he was fabulous! Very knowledgeable and seems to love what he does. It you only have a day I would highly recommend!
Thank you for sharing your experience
Karim, our guide, was wonderful. We did not want the camel ride because we had already had a camel ride so he tailored the tour to our requests and what he thought we would be interested in seeing. It was absolutely wonderful and we all enjoyed the day very much. I would recommend Karim as a guide any time and, hopefully, will be able to use him again if and when we go back to Tangiers.
Karim was an excellent guide. He showed us around town highlighting some of the key historic sites and views of the Mediteranean. He asked us what items we were interested in looking at in the Medina market and they guided us through the maze of streets and alleys. He knew where the best spots in town were for pictures with our spouses and with our group of 6. He bought us asnack for lunch at the old lighthouse. He was personable, funny, informative and his English was excellent. His driver Mohamed was also excellent.
If you have time for a day trip from Casablanca to Tangier, this day tour is the way to do it. Karim, the owner contacted us prior to the tour to give us tips about travelling to Moroco and made the train arrangements. He is also flexible on what we wanted to do in Tangier, but we did decide to go with the itinerary on Viator, but you don't have to. Our guide, Abdul, was waiting for us in the train station in Tangier holding a sign with my name. Tangier is big enough that you do need a guide and driver to see the main sites in one day and this is the perfect way to do that. Tangier itself is different from the other main cities of Morocco and worth seeing as one of the main ports between Africa and Europe. Both Abdul and Karim wanted us to experience as much of Tangier as possible, but at our pace and with what we were interested in seeing. We really enjoyed this tour and recommend it.
The entire Patito tours team thanks you Trena for your review We are delighted to know that you enjoyed your experience and our services. We really appreciate that you took the time to share your experience with us and we hope to see you again in morocco very welcome anytime
Karim, the operator of the tour was in constant communication. He was able to accomodate train tickets with a late return the next day since I stayed overnight for another day excursion. Majid, was my tour guide and he could not have been anymore well versed in Moroccan history and culture. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to ride a camel on the beach. Karim really customised this tour for my wants and needs. Highly recommended!
Thank you so much Neil for the positive review we really appreciate your time to write great review about our services always very welcome to morocco and tangier brother
Our Guide Karim from Patito tours covered all important places in Tangier. We enjoyed Camel ride at the beach. He took us to a local Moroccan restaurant at Médina and Food was awesome. He stopped at scenic places where we could take awesome pictures. He made us feel very homely by offering Moroccan tea and snacks and introducing his family. I highly recommend him from Patito Tours and would refer him to all my friends and family.
