Mostar è la nostra prima destinazione ed è una città che ha una storia affascinante e una ricca cultura. All'arrivo, sarai accolto dalla vista mozzafiato del punto di riferimento più famoso della città, il Ponte Vecchio. Questa magnifica struttura attraversa le acque verde smeraldo del fiume Neretva ed è patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO. Avrai tempo per esplorare le strade acciottolate della città vecchia, ammirare la straordinaria architettura della città e acquistare souvenir unici.Mostar è la città più importante dell'Erzegovina che è stata plasmata dal suo passato e le sue diverse influenze culturali sono evidenti nella sua architettura, cucina e costumi. Imparerai a conoscere la storia dell'Impero Ottomano, che ha governato la regione per secoli, così come l'impatto dell'Impero austro-ungarico, che ne è seguito. Dopo aver esplorato la città vecchia, Avremo tempo per pranzare in uno dei tanti ristoranti di Mostar. Il sistema di cascate è costituito da una serie di cascate e piscine immerse in una vegetazione lussureggiante e scogliere rocciose. Avrai l'opportunità di nuotare nelle acque cristalline, passeggiare lungo i sentieri o semplicemente rilassarti e immergerti nella bellezza naturale che ti circonda. Le cascate di Kravice sono spesso paragonate ai laghi di Plitvice, ma sono più piccole, meno affollate e più accessibili, il che le rende il luogo perfetto per godersi la tranquillità della natura. Luca was our driver. He was kind and professional. He gave us suggestions when it came to where to look at sites in Mostar and where to eat (excellent recommendation). We were under the impression he would also be our guide and walk with us to explain the history of the bridge and Mostar. But he was very good at leaving us to decide how to use our time. We had plenty of time to see the sites, have lunch and shopping. Easy to contact Luca on Whatsapp to arrange time to meet and depart each stop. It was very hot so Luca was kind to make sure the van was cool from air conditioning by the time we got back to the van. Highly recommend. Private tour allowed us to be more efficient with our time and with going through border, both ways. For value, I believe it was a little more expensive for not having a proper guide but just a driver. But I do believe having a private tour and smaller group justifies the additional expense. It made the trip much easier with just 7 people instead of a full bus of 50, especially when you have to go through border control, twice.
Had a great trip to Bosnia! Our guide was really nice, knowledgeable, and made the drive feel safe and comfortable. He even changed the itinerary so we could see a place we wanted to visit, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great guy and definitely worth the money. Highly recommend!
We booked a modified tour with Marko in order to visit a few places as we transferred to Split - our destination after Dubrovnik. The modified tour did not include the waterfalls. Luka was our driver and he was fantastic. We visited a lovely viewpoint, drove to Ston where we had an hour to explore, then on to Mostar where we had lunch and a couple of hours to explore, and finally on to Split. He drove very safely, was very knowledgeable about the various sites we visited, crossed the borders between Croatia and Bosnia without difficulty, guided us to a favourite restaurant in Bosnia, called our next host when my phone would not connect while in Bosnia, volunteered to walk us to the apartment in Split, and was very attentive to all our needs. We could not have asked for anything more. On top of all that, he returned to Dubrovnik after dropping us in Split.
We booked a custom tour with Marko as a more interesting way to get from Dubrovnik to Split instead of the direct bus. Luka drove us to a lovely viewpoint, Ston, Mostar, and into Split. He was an excellent driver, knowledgeable tour guide, entertaining conversationalist, and made sure our every need was met. When our messages to our next host were not delivered (technicality), he called them for us to make sure they would meet us and volunteered to walk to the apartment with us if necessary. The waterfalls didn’t fit into this modified tour. He made sure that the border crossings were smooth and uncomplicated even with the EES being implemented. Luka and Marko were consummate professionals and I would not hesitate to recommend Cava Tours Dubrovnik to anyone.
This is our 6th tour with Cava and 2 rides with Luka an excellent driver . We had a great conversation and nice visit to the monastery and Mostar Despite some rain we made it. If u want a relaxing tour with some one who is knowledgeable Luka is the man. The whole team at Cava is great. You can’t go wrong with any one at cava
We had a great trip to Mostar and Kravica Waterfalls with a bonus visit to Ston. Marco was very responsive, on time, fun and helpful throughout the trip. The drive and sceneries at the stops were beautiful. Highly recommended.

Well this was another super experience with Cava tours. We went to Mostar and kravica falls. Our host was Luka. Luka was very knowledgeable and a very good and safe driver . I got to visit my favorite restaurant in Mostar again. We had great conversations. We took a scenic ride on the way back. I highly recommend Cava tours if you want to see and learn about the Balkans Thanks again Luka for a super day
Today we did another trip with Cava Tours from Dubrovnik to Mostar and Kravica Waterfalls. Our tour guide Luca is a great driver, very knowledgeable about the trip and very friendly.
My boyfriend Jack and I did this tour and had the BEST time! Marko made everything so easy to coordinate beforehand, and our driver, Luka, was incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel safe the entire trip. Everything ran so smoothly, and we were able to just relax and enjoy the experience. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun, stress-free, and memorable adventure!
