Scopri il mondo dei combattenti per la libertà di Cu Chi con una visita al loro famoso sistema di tunnel. Questa rete di oltre 200 km di tunnel divenne leggendaria durante gli anni '60, quando giocarono un ruolo vitale nella guerra americana, permettendo al Viet Cong di controllare una vasta area rurale vicino a Ho Chi Minh City. Nel loro periodo di massimo splendore, i tunnel funzionavano città sotterranee.

Itinerario
Al mattino, partiamo da Ho Chi Minh City per i tunnel di Cu Chi. Cu Chi è ora considerato un quartiere eroico per il suo ruolo nella resistenza di guerra anti-americana durante la guerra del Vietnam. È leggendario per i suoi oltre 220 km di tunnel sotterraneo ed è un sito turistico popolare sia per vietnamiti che per stranieri. Lungo la strada per Cu Chi dalla città di Ho Chi Minh, passeremo dalla pittoresca campagna locale, dove potresti persino avvistare anatre e bufali che si rinfrescano nel fiume. Troverai difficile immaginare la distruzione e il danno che una volta dominavano l'area, causati da bombardamenti e mine quando Cu Chi era "una zona bersaglio libera".
Dopo i tunnel, ci fermeremo per un pranzo a base di piatti della cucina vietnamita locale prima di tornare a Ho Chi Minh. Qui visiteremo il palazzo della riunificazione, che era l'antica residenza del presidente del Vietnam del Sud fino alla fine della guerra, nell'aprile del 1975, la cattedrale di Notre Dame, l'ufficio postale generale e il museo dei resti di guerra. Il tour termina alle 17:00.

The purpose of any visit is to experience the history of that place. Going to Vietnam without visiting the, US resistance and the valor exhibited by the locals it is not a visit at all Amazing grit and endurance to visit The guide was so impressed with detail and friendly help
Our trip was organised by Vietnam Tours Saigon & was over 1 1/2 days. First half day we covered the landmarks of HCMC (Saigon).2nd day we covered the Cu Chi tunnels & War Remnant Museum. Our guide was Kheng.We have travelled extensively in many Asian countries.We consider him to be the best.He is very knowledgeable, punctual, gave us time to enjoy the tourist places & took beautiful photos on our mobiles. The driver whose name I cannot recall was punctual, polite & drove safely
My wife and I used Vietnam Private Transfers (VPT) for a private guided tour to the Cu Chi Tunnels and for a pick up from HCM City airport to our hotel (Mia Saigon, which is excellent - see my review). Katie, at VPT was extremely helpful and was always willing and able to answer the many questions I had when planning our trip. The Cu Chi Tunnels trip was very enjoyable and our guide (Huynh Dung) was excellent, knowledgeable and paced the tour well). The driver was very careful and made for a relaxing ride. Would definitely use VPT again.
Wow, it was a great experience with Kevin. He is a really calm and patient to our group and made us a memorable tour to Cu Chi tunnel. Foods, drinks are awesome. The transportation is very new and clean. Thank you Katie for such a great arrangement.
I booked a group tour to visit Cu Chi tunnel and City for our last day in Saigon. Lily approached me promptly and upgraded our tour to private tour with very little surcharge. She arranged an excellent tour guide for us and there was nothing to complaint about the services. The foods in Cu Chi tunnel was amazing and delicious.
We had to make a change of travel plans and ended up booking our trip from our hotel to Cu Chi at the recommendation of our hotel. The driver was friendly and helpful ( i was on crutches and unable to help with my baggage). Overall it was surprisingly pleaant.
The CuChi Tunnels and Reunification tour was both amazing and an eye opener for us. It showed the ingenuity and resiliency of the Vietnamese people against an even superior opponent. If you love David vs Goliath stories, this tour is for you. The tour guid Jun is very knowledgeable and even the kids love the tour. The lunch was also great.
Amazing trip! The food included was so delicious. Lily was very helpful and organized our trip well; our driver was super friendly and waited for us at the pickup location. Would definitely recommend the day tour to every one!
