Partendo dai principali punti di incontro a Spalato e Trogir, inizieremo la nostra esperienza di un'intera giornata alla scoperta della favolosa città fortificata di Dubrovnik, patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO. Il nostro pullman con aria condizionata percorre il percorso panoramico lungo la nuova autostrada e mentre ci spostiamo lentamente verso la strada costiera, si aprono le incredibili viste panoramiche delle isole della Dalmazia e il meraviglioso delta del fiume Neretva con gli infiniti campi di frutta e verdura che rappresentano il principale economia vivente di questa bellissima zona.
Benvenuti a Dubrovnik. Questa memorabile escursione attraverso la città medievale più famosa della Croazia inizia nella parte superiore di Stradun, la splendida via principale del centro storico. Ogni angolo di questa città leggendaria è la sua esperienza unica. Il nostro tour guidato professionalmente è guidato dalla nostra guida turistica con anni di esperienza la cui passione per la città sarà evidente mentre cammini attraverso queste antiche strade e ammiri il ricco complesso architettonico che ti circonda. La visita guidata dura circa un'ora e mezza. Dopo il tour a piedi hai abbastanza tempo per visitare nuovamente le principali attrazioni della Città Vecchia e goderti un bar, un ristorante locale o molti negozi di artigianato.

I dont usually write any reports but need to regarding my experience with this company. I paid about 150.00 for a full day trip as we were excepting to stay in split. But later found out when we got on holiday we were nearly 2 hrs away . Therefore i contacted the company trying to see if we could still get picked up or an alternative as a taxi would over 200 pounds to get there. There was limited reply as i messaged both company and viator explaining we couldnt make it and due to the fact they failed to read or reply it was just less than the 24 hr free cancellation although it was obvious we couldnt make it. I have asked the company for a refund etc who refused my request. I even g0t a message and call in the morning of the trip asking if we were going ...again another example 0f lack of communication via messages or through aviator.. they seemed more happy that they got 150 pound for nothing....customer service very poor and wouldnt recommend them if u needed any help or a reasonable solution to the issue i had........

You are giving us 1* review because you booked a tour for completely wrong city and you choosed not to show up and go on a tour, and that is all happening 12h before tour. Mr Paul next time please learn where are you going, dont be an uneducated man going around the world as a 🐑, trust me it will make your vacation much more pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you for paying your tour and not showing up it really helped our other guests have more space in the bus. There was absolutely 0 reasons for us to refund you any money for your own mistake. We saved your spots, we showed up on time in the morning and you didnt. Next time if you manage to book a tour in a city you are actually staying and it happens to be split omis or trogir please choose Gray Line again and we will show you a 5* review experience. Tour, itself, was great. The tour guide seemed to be knowledgeable and personable. Dubrovnik on the other hand was very underwhelming. I guess the appeal was lost on me since I know nothing about Game of Thrones.

I enjoyed the Dubrovnik Tour. I was picked up in Trogir where I was staying and transported to Split where the tour began. We were on a comfortable tour bus. The guide was very keen to inform us of Croatia's history and did a great job of the tour in Dubrovnik. Despite it being a long bus ride, it was comfortable and no stress. I thought there was plenty of time in Dubrovnik to explore on your own. I would recommend this tour.

Trip to Dubrovnik! With Gabriella & George! Great drive to Dubrovnik, Gabriella shared a lot about the history of Croatia and of course the origins of Dubrovnik! The city tour fit perfectly in terms of timing, and we had plenty of time to explore the city ourselves! In summary, a fantastic day!!!

There was no communication that the tour was cancelled. We found out it was cancelled when checking in at the meetup point (they offer other bus rides so people were there) at 6:40 AM. If they told us the tour was cancelled ahead of time we would have at least had some time to plan another tour and not waste a day. At least they gave a full refund.

Extra cost to walk the wall was 40 Euros but we enjoyed it. The guide led walking tour was informative and interesting. The minibus was packed and some seats were uncomfortable. Some public toilets will cost one euro. In Ston we were able to tap to pay. The turnstile to access the restroom was at first confusing.

Overall very good trip . The van we traveled in was a bit old and could use new shocks . Thr driver got us to where we were going quickly . The tour guide was informative.
