It was an unbelievable and worst experience. They were going to pick us up at the hotel at 7 o'clock in the morning, but after waiting for more than an hour, no one showed up. When I called their contact, I couldn't get through, so we gave up on their tour, and then desperately looked for a similar tour. (In the end, that night, "Do you have something to do?" I got a reply. There is no piece of sincerity!) There is no way we can participate in the tour to the neighboring country that usually starts at 7 o'clock more than 2 hours late. Time is money. I got this tour fee back with a refund request, but the time doesn't come back. Time is money again, who will return the money for the time we've been waiting for? Who will return the experience that was supposed to be possible? We come all the way to travel with precious time and a lot of money. That precious opportunity was taken away by them and ruined. This tour company posts their own information on Viator, but if they can't manage it, don't post it in a place like this! They are making fun of customers! I can never forgive this tour company and Viator, so I won't use it again!! Never!!
