Absolutely a must-do experience. Done on July 15 (only Toledo from 08:30 to 16:30) Very well organized and the guide was TOP, a wonderful person! Exceptional command of information and the English language; the tour in Spanish was translated into English, articulating the words perfectly so as to be understandable to everyone... even those who do not speak the two languages.

We booked an English speaking excursion. The excursion was bilingual (Spanish and English), which we did not know. Ofcourse, this was not the main issue. The guide spoke very poor English. The very little that she spoke to us was actually reading them from her notes. In any case, it was hard to understand her. When we arrived to Toledo, the bus dropped us off at the bus stop, located at the bottom of the town. We have booked the tour half day so our excursion did not we did not include guiding in Toledo. We got off the bus and the guide never explained to us that the easiest way to get uphill to the town is to use the escalators. We ended up walking all the way uphill to the town. It was only at the return to the bus stop meeting point, that we found out on our own that the we could have use the esclators to get uphill to the town. We use them ofcourse only on the return downhill to get to the bus stop meeting point. We were very disapointed from the very poor service we received from the guide. She was inexperience and did not pay the proper attention to the English speaking guests.

Fantastic experience. The best part was Juanjo the guide; he explains things very well and you can tell he likes it. The cathedral surprised us, it is worth doing the full tour

The tour is planned well. We started from Madrid at 10am , reached Toledo in 1 hr to take photos from a panoramic spot, the we headed to the old town for 1 hr guided tour and then you have 3 hrs of free time (enough to know further about this great city during the Roman and the Muslim era). I wanted to know more about the Muslim era who ruled Toledo aka طليطلة, for almost 400 years, but unfortunately this was barely mentioned by the guide.

Amazing Exxerience! Toledo is a very nice city full of history. If you visit on summer don’t forget to be prepared for very hot days. A must see is the museum of Domenikos 🇬🇷 (El Greco). The company and the guide were very professional and I would suggest them to everyone 🤘

It was an excellent experience. The city of Toledo is beautiful. The bus was clean, the driver drove well and the tour guide was outstanding and informative. We left on time and returned on time.

Organization was smooth and everybody was friendly. We’ve had plenty of time to explore the city of Toledo - a little over 5 hours. Audioguides were handed out and I really like that it was not a guided tour where you follow the group. With the audio guide you could explore just how you wanted, stop, drink and stare whenever you felt like it. Lovely experience. Cathedral was optional to book. There are some museums around town, the fees are humble

Fabulous tour. Only an hour on the comfortable bus from Madrid. Lovely guide who was from Toledo, so gave a great tour with informative descriptions. Plenty of time to wander around on our own as well & have a lovely meal. Toledo is beautiful.

The city is amazing with so much culture and magnificent architecture. The diverse terrain made it easy to see the beautiful castles and cathedrals. The tour was informative and interesting. The guide was very informed although at times difficult to understand with the heavy accent and the mispronunciation of English words. Definitely recommend for a deep dive into the history of Toledo.

Service offered was inferior to what was ordered and paid for via BOOKING, it also promised a guided tour inside the cathedral
