The church is a must see attraction. The bone church is totally unique and the country side was beautiful.
The ossuary (bone church) was definitely the highlight but the other sites were also stunning. Our tour guide (Jan) was informative and humorous. I strongly recommend.
Oliver was an amazing guide! He has so much knowledge, yet his delivery is fun and engaging. He sure knew how to get around efficiently by avoiding unnecessary back tracking and using public transport. We had enough time on our own at each spot to shop or take a deeper dive at the site. Thanks Oliver!

What a great day on this tour 50km east of Prague! Libor was amazing as our guide. The combination of depth of knowledge and incredible personality made this tour a memory for life. Oh, and all the bones in the church did, too. At Barbara Cathedral and the rest of Kutna Hora were stunningly beautiful. The train ride went thru a bucolic countryside.

The trip flowed smoothly and held our attention throughout the day. There are train and bus rides that allow you to see everyday life in Kutna Hora. The Ossuary (a.k.a., Bone Chapel) had been on my bucket list for at least 25 years. It is small but lives up to the hype. The other stops are quite beautiful and our lunch (not part of tour price) was excellent. The highlight was our guide, Brandon! He was knowledgeable and displayed excellent interpersonal skills. I recommend this tour as a way to visit a famous site outside Prague. If you have Brandon as your guide it will be a bonus!!!

We really enjoyed this tour! Even though there were some delays in the beginning beyond the tour guide’s control, I was impressed with how well he kept us all informed and did his best to stay on schedule. Some parts of the tour were not easy with a stroller and a 2 year-old , but the guide was very understanding. I found the guide was very knowledgable and tried his best to ensure we all got the most out of the tour.

Our tour leader, Pavel, is one of the best group coordinators that I’ve ever come across. He remained calm and informative to the group through a bomb threat at the Prague main train station that delayed our tour start by almost an hour. He was inclusive and patient with the family that brought a travel quality stroller to a medieval town with cobble stones up and down street hills. He was understanding but firm with the tweens who lagged behind, didn’t bring water or sun hats and ultimately threw up due to sun exposure. He pivoted for lunch options when the restaurant we had ordered from on the train journey there lost electricity. We made every train, tram and bus connection seamlessly. Couldn’t have done that without him. My only critique is that we missed the opportunity to see inside any buildings in the Italian court and missed seeing the silver mining museum. I think this tour could be greatly improved by adding these stops to the itinerary.

Did not read anywhere on the initial tour that it was walking (a lot of it) train and more walking . PLEASE emphasize the train snd walking on the initial tour offering . The price is no different from the one on the bus tour . Also can you grade the tours on difficulty of walking for elderly tourists. It’s basically for younger people.
Dear Journey, Thank you so much for your honest feedback. I'm really sorry the amount of walking and the train journey came as a surprise. I completely understand how that could affect your enjoyment of the day. We chose to travel by train because we genuinely believe it's an essential part of the experience. It gives our guests a chance to see the beautiful Czech countryside the way locals do, and together with walking through the historic towns, it creates a much more authentic experience than simply traveling everywhere by bus. We haven't usually received complaints about the amount of walking, but that doesn't mean everyone's experience is the same. Everyone has different abilities and expectations, and I completely understand that what feels manageable for one person may be too much for another. Our guides always try to adjust the pace as much as possible so everyone feels comfortable and included. I also really appreciate your suggestion to make it much clearer in the tour description that this tour includes train travel and a fair amount of walking. Adding a walking difficulty rating is a great idea, especially for older travelers or anyone with limited mobility, and it's something we'll seriously consider. I truly hope that, despite this disappointment, the incredible UNESCO sites and the experience itself gave you some wonderful memories to take home. Thank you again for helping us improve. Oliver was very well informed and did a great job leading us through the history of Kutna Hora. He filled the time with as many locations as possible while still providing the history. He had some amazing recommendations for food and sight seeing, and advice for navigating the city. It was a beautiful and stress free trip.
