Gli ospiti che soggiornano al Railay Beach devono recarsi al punto d'incontro designato presso la biglietteria del molo di Ao Nam Mao, a 15 minuti di viaggio da Railay East. Se soggiornate a Ton Sai, il punto d'incontro è presso la reception del Phra Nang Inn di Ao Nang. Come ospiti del Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas siete pregati di utilizzare la navetta dell'hotel per il molo Nopparat Thara di Ao Nang. Si prega di incontrare la guida turistica nella hall dell'hotel almeno 15 minuti prima dell'orario di prelievo previsto. Per mantenere l'equità nei confronti di tutti i partecipanti, dobbiamo rispettare l'orario di partenza previsto. Gli ospiti che arrivano con più di 10 minuti di ritardo saranno considerati no-show.

The water looked clear enough for snorkeling and the beach stop was enjoyable. Lunch was simple but satisfying after swimming. A couple of locations were busy, although it was easy to find quieter spots for a while.
I was alone, I went on the rainy week and already knowing it. Arriving at the pier of Krabi, we were welcomed by a snack until it was time for the boats to leave, each group departs with their boat and colored bracelets with the boat guide. The guide was clear throughout the world explaining that it was in a rainy week, there would be no way to predict the weather, explained that the planning would be 2 beaches, snorkeling and finally the last beach with lunch, but if it rained before arriving at the snorkel, we would return without doubt, asked us attention with all our belongings, explained every detail of each point. Excellent communication from the guide! And fortunately I was able to enjoy the day without rain, in addition to all the work of the boat crew, an impressive tour!!
The day was great and the team friendly. On the other hand the pickup at the hotel was catastrophic so enough to taint the rest of the day. I was told that I would be picked up at 7.50am (email to support) and to wait outside at least 10 minutes before the appointment time. Almost an hour waiting in the sun, I had no news despite my emails to which I had no answer, not knowing if I had been forgotten or missed the appointment. The driver finally arrived 1 hour late on the announced schedule and told me that it was his usual schedule. Ineligible for my part and still no return of Customer Service.
Of the 4 islands we were only on 3 one was cancelled for the time and there was no compensation as we arrived early. Couldn't dive either
Definitely one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. I went there a few days ago, and I can say the beach is absolutely breathtaking. The pickup was well organized and on time, the lunch was delicious, and the staff worked very hard. As for the rest well, the photos speak for themselves. It’s a fantastic place with stunningly beautiful sea views.
