If you want to spend a day between the different customs and in a coach, I highly recommend you choose this tour. You will have to do at least 4 hours by coach to reach a desert port. You are welcomed on a boat, towards the Musandam fjords or frankly the landscape is nothing exceptional. A banana speed and kayak tour is offered. The barbecue is not included, you will need to add 35 dirhams for 6-7 shrimp on the plate. Lunch is a buffet that you can enjoy on a carpet or comfort is not on the appointment. We paid 30 dirhams extra for the boat trip. In short, we do not recommend this tour at all.
Dear Guest, Thank you for reaching out to us and for sharing your feedback. We truly value guest reviews; however, we would like to clarify that we are not the same supplier mentioned in your review. We do not charge guests any extra fees, we do not operate in Dibba, and our activities are based in Khasab. Additionally, we have never used banana boats in our activities, nor do we operate speed boats. Based on the details mentioned, we believe the concern may be related to a different tour operator. We kindly request that you review and confirm the correct service provider. Nevertheless, we would be delighted to welcome you as our guest and provide you with our services on your next escape. Thank you for your understanding.
This was a last minute add on for our family, and I am so glad we did it! Hotel pickup is super convenient. Boat staff was fun and informative. It was a perfect mix of relaxation on the boat taking in the scenery, education about the area, and activities. We saw numerous dolphins and a number of them followed our boat for about 20 minutes, The kids just loved it! We snorkeled in two locations and saw coral reefs, sea urchins, and numerous tropical fish.
Fantastic day out. Well worth the trip. Booked with Viator. Early start at 6.30 am but quite doable from Dubai. Booked with Viator. Best book the trip that includes your border crossing fees . A welcome rest from the hectic pace of Dubai.
Everything was great, from the ride from Dubai to Khasab to the boat cruise views of the majestic fjord and snorkeling in the warm calm water. The highlight was seeing the a pair of dolphins up close riding the wave along the boat — amazing.
Thank you see you again My regards Nour
Khalid and the dhow crew were super friendly and very attentive. The lunch was excellent. I wondered whether the duration of the cruise could be reduced slightly as six hours was a long time to be sat on a boat and I noticed a number of the passengers looking rather pale by the end of it.
My daughter and me spent a wonderful day cruising in the Musandam fjords. The driver arrived on time early in the morning to pick up us from Dubai and he helped us with the custom's operations at the frontier. We had to wait a bit in Khasab for the cruise because the other people of the group were late but we left with the dhow maximum 20 minutes after 10 am. The cruise was really very pleasant and the guys of the boat so friendly and helping, we enjoyed every thing. We saw plenty of dolphins, had two snorkeling stops, we could swim with lots of fishes and had a good meal. On board there were fruits and beverages without any limits. We can definitely recommand this tour, thank you again to the people has hosted us on the dhow!
The staff were real pros, through and thorough. Everything went smoothly from the hotel pickup to the cruise itself and drop off in the evening. The boat crew was personable, friendly, fun, and clearly just wanted you to have a good time. Would highly recommend if you have the time.
Thank you and see you again
A different experience caped by dolphins swimming alongside the Dhow. The meal served was OK too. The day was a bit too long owing to the distance travelled from Dubai and the length of the boat ride.
Wonderful! The crew for our tour was so very kind and helpful. They provided numerous snacks, beverages and a tasty lunch. Also gave us wonderful insight into the fishing villages and pointed out many interesting landmarks along the way. We had a chance to snorkel, swim and just enjoy the beauty of this region of the world. Would highly recommend. The only downside was that I booked this through Oceanair Travel and was told we only needed a copy of our passport. Fortunately, when the driver came to pick us up he asked if we had the originals, as that was what we would need to get through border crossings. So we ran back upstairs to grab the passports. Glad for that, or we may have had issues at the borders.
Thank you and see you again
The boat trip was really wonderful and all of the staff were great! I wish I had known that it was 13 hours and that half of it would be in a van.
Thanks for your great Comments see you again 😀
