I booked this tour last minute. The bus location in Amsterdam was easy to find and in walking distance from my hotel. The motor coach was comfortable they made a stop so everyone could use the restroom and grab a snack. Bruges is a magical place. I would recommend if any of my friends or family were coming into Amsterdam to take a day trip over to Bruges.
The trip was great. Brugee is so beautiful. Catherine our guide was so helpful and kind. Catherine arranged a meeting point for the group to walk back to the bus together so we didnt get confused in ths narrow streets.
We enjoyed this day trip from Amsterdam. Would recommend. I had been to Amsterdam several times before so wanted to do something different this trip and this was perfect. Bruges was very picturesque, the "Venice of the North" with its beautiful canals, bridges, & cobblestone lanes. We loved this charming fairy-tale town. Our tour guide Blanca was fun & informative and we had a great day with her, with informative stories both on the bus and in town. Although the walking tour part was a bit rushed as she wanted to give us a full 2 hrs of free time. On our own, we had time for a lovely lunch at an outdoor Cafe and walked around a little bit, went inside the Basilica and bought some chocolate, but the 2hrs went by fast because it was a 30 min walk back to bus from the old town part so only really had 1.5 hrs (Due to UNESCO protected cobblestones, the large tour buses have to park outside of town and you have to walk back on your own to the bus after your free time but it was easy to find our way back using Google Maps). So we didn't have time for a canal cruise or to climb the Belfry tower but then again we chose to use our free time for lunch. The instructions of when and where to meet were very clear though, so no issues there. All and all, it was a pleasant day and I have no regrets for picking this excursion.
The guides were lovely it was an amazing day. Bruges was like going back in time. Be prepared for a long day.
Katherine and maritoni were the most amazing tour guides. Our driver (Maritoni) was funny and kept our drive light and joked around. Katherine was very knowledgeable and provided insights throughout the whole tour that I could have not being able to do on my own. She provided the best lunch recommendations and chocolate stores. She truly is a gem. Thank you for all you did
It was an incredible experience! I loved Bruges, our guide Catherine and our driver made the diffference too. Catherine was savy plus she shared great tips which allowed me to enjoy my trip even more.

Bruges is touristy but beautiful, a well preserved medieval town with an interesting history. It’s well worth visiting. The bus is very uncomfortable: economy-class airline seats seem spacious by comparison. Our tour was mixed Spanish and English, and our guide’s English fluency was sub-optimal.
Photo opportunity around every corner, canel cries worth the 25 Euro. We had a great guide Gabriel and driver
I have mixed emotions about this tour. Bruge itself was beautiful. The castles, history of Bruge; amazing. My reason for a low rating was the bus driver and tour guide. To start: the tour guide forgot to introduce herself. Then she separated myself and my mother into 2 groups during the walking part of tour. (Which I corrected) The guide we ended up with was nice but not very knowledgeable. She struggled with answering questions and skipped a lot of places around Bruge that I had previously seen on other tours. The tour was very unorganized and a lot of people felt unsure of what was happening throughout the tour. The bus driver was not friendly at all. And lastly; the guide and driver left a passenger at one of the rest stops. Very disappointed with this tour. I wish I remembered the guide’s name. 😒

Bruges is beautiful ! Now the tour ….. long drive on bus from Amsterdam.. Tour guide was just the facts kinda info. About an hour walking tour them 3 hours on your own. No maps, little direction back to bus, and we were left ……… after spending an hour and 15 minutes asking direction and never getting there. Nice taxi driver took us to the city bus system for a 5 hour ride back. I would suggest a better guide, maps, better directions, a help number( we tried 3 we could find, without any help!!!!!!!) and a netting place inside the city, or a longer tour. Not very happy with our experience.
