L'autista ti verrà a prendere dal tuo hotel nella città di Berna per un trasferimento privato in una delle più belle località della Svizzera Aeschi Village. È una delle splendide località dell'Oberland bernese. La posizione di Aeschi stessa vi stupirà con la vista panoramica sul Lago di Thun e i maestosi paesaggi montani. Continuando la nostra esplorazione a Kandersteg per quanto riguarda prendere la cabinovia ammirando i panorami pittoreschi lungo la strada. All'arrivo, una semplice escursione attraverso le verdi terre per circa mezz'ora per raggiungere il Lago di montagna Oeschinen. Qui avrai due opzioni mentre prendi parte all'attività più emozionante di questo tour, pescando in barca o dal lago. La temperatura sale fino a 20 gradi Celsius in estate, quindi puoi anche nuotare qui. Quando avremo finito con la pesca e il pranzo, sarà il momento di tornare a Kandersteg e visitare il Ricola Herb Garden. Nel complesso, un ritorno privato al punto di incontro iniziale a Berna.

I hate writing bad reviews, but I wanted to warn everyone NOT to book this excursion. The tour company has very poor communication and they do not value customers. The trip itinerary was changed the day before and we were told it was due to the original lake not allowing fishing equipment rental. It doesn’t make sense to me how the company is running a fishing tour with absolutely no idea of whether the lake allows equipment rentals. And while we were happy to change the lake they did n it inform us that there would be no snacks, lunch, herb garden excursion, boat excursion, regardless of it being advertised on the website. I have tried requesting a partial refund as we paid 1520 Swiss francs and I have reached out 4 times with absolutely no response. I am more appalled by this behaviour of not addressing customer concerns more than anything else. In addition, we were given a tour guide that did not speak English the driver had to stay with us to help us out and he informed us when we asked about the lack of activities, that it was not his jurisdiction. Overall, 0/10 experience. Please spend your money with some other company. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company for lack of providing services as promised.

The originally assigned fishing guide unfortunately did not have the necessary equipment, and this only became known to us the day before your scheduled tour. In order to still make the fishing experience possible for you, we promptly arranged an alternative solution: relocating the activity to another lake where equipment could be rented. To help minimise disruption and any additional cost or time, we also included a hotel meet-and-greet service in Zurich, so that your driver-guide could pick you up directly, instead of having you travel to Basel. Due to these urgent changes, it was unfortunately not possible to include all the originally planned activities. We focused on ensuring that you could still enjoy the fishing itself, which we understood to be the core purpose of the tour. While the fishing guide did not speak English, your driver-guide was present to assist and translate throughout, doing his best to ensure your comfort and understanding during the experience. We understand that you attempted to reach us via WhatsApp, and while that line is dedicated to urgent logistical matters, we recognise that it would have been more helpful if the issue had been directed to our main office email earlier. Nonetheless, we take your concerns seriously and do not wish you to feel overcharged or disappointed by our services. As a gesture of goodwill, and in recognition of the changes made to your tour, we will proceed with a partial refund. You will receive a confirmation of this transaction shortly. Once again, please accept our apologies, and thank you for your understanding. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future under better circumstances.
