This was a great experience! The tour guide was kind, knowledgeable, informative, responsive, and just a nice gentleman. My only regret is that we could have used a little extra time on site to better explore the locations.

There were nice people on the mini bus, we enjoyed seeing Cannes, Saint Paul de Vence was very picturesque and quaint with all the Art galleries,

The experience was awful. The tour guide hardly talked at all and gave very little history. Would no recommend to anyone
Hi JENETT, since the world gives the possibilty to give comments, we see how it helps frustrated persons give comments. You had a tour with a tour guide and a guide on training so you had 2 persons to take care of you and the other passengers. You were late to start the journey saying that you didn't get the message about the pick up time All the other passengers enjoyed their journey . We really appreciate comments 1° when they help us to improve our service and quality. 2° When they help other passengers to select a tour with the sights to visit or a provider We are sad to see how nowodays the possibility to give comments is getting a way to express other frustations. Live is short and nice . You where on vacation with 2 other ladies. You could just enjoy what life is offering . Yes you are a client, and yes you want to optimize your time and monney .... We understand all of that, and believe me, we take in consideration any comment respectfully. In each company there are human, we are not a "big machine" and we do our best to give the best service we can. But knowing the service we provide, we can accept a bad comment when there is a reason for that, but not just saying "Awfull" What is awfull ? that we were late because of your lateness and went in the traffic due to this reason ?
The 4 hour experience from Nice offered an opportunity to see Cannes and St. Paul de Vence. It was pretty much a drive and drop to 2 locations. We only had four family members in the van. The driver pointed out certain buildings and sites along the way and provided some minimal information about the 2 locations. The tour was not as much of a detailed tour as we had hoped but did provide an opportunity to see these 2 locations.
nice half-day trip from Nice by public transport (bus) at very reasonable price (1.5 euros pp and per route); travel time approximately 1h (many stops); beautiful car-free village with narrow alleys and many stairs (walking well is a must!); definitely worth it
Was a bad experience because the woman changed the schedule, included Antibes and the time ins St Paul was very short. This is not a tour, is a driver in a van. He was very rude and unpleasant. The woman who I talked to is also rude and not very kind. They can not offer a tour if is only a transportation to the place.
As I don't see your name in our last participants I guess you are the lady who made already a comment in spanish few weeks ago. Dear Madam, again, in english, we did offer an other day as you where travelling alone, We did offer a date when the departure was guaranted after that fact that you did change several time the date of the services you did book. Yes we were happy to add an additional stop as it was a upgrade of the tour ; so the tour was longer as the tour you paid ; most of our clients appreciate to visit ANTIBES; It's not often that clients complain about an upgrade with an additional stop and time. You did spend the tour starting to complain on whatsAPP , so no we where not rude Your tour was a tour with other participants and not a private tour But we are happy to offer a private tour to clients booking private tours By chance everybody else travelling where happy about the service We are sorry if you didn't appreciate this tour with us

They changed my itinerary and included a city that took time away from St Paul de Vence, The Bad-Atttitude Driver, rude to passengers and decided not to serve as a guide and never speak again. They don't pick up at the hotel but where they decide and you can't change the date, pity because the sites are so cute and the driver could orient people,
What a nice comment... Yes we did add a stop to offer you to visit also ANTIBES ; but we did add this stop and extra time in the total journey Regarding the comments during the journey : our drivers guide do their best, but when clients are speaking loud, not listeting to the comments it's not easy to satisfy everybody ... Regarding the pick up place : Your airbnb place was not in the area where we offer pick ups so we did offer you the best easy place, not far, to meet you and you agreed, as it was really not complicate to meet us at the place suggested. Regarding the change of the date (it was optional) You where the only one booked on a specific date - We did offer you to participate to a date where the tour departure will be guaranted (as any agency we need a minimum of participants to garanty a tour departure ) and you accepted this date change - Why not cancelling the tour and get refunded if this was a problem at your end ? So disapointing to see that when we try to do our best to satisfy our visitors they use any detail to transmit their frustation Life is beautiful if you enjoy every part of it But if you take any detail to see it as a problem, yes life is boring and disapointing By the way, Thank you for writting your comment in spanish , even if you speak english ....
