Very entertaining and informative. No lack of humor it seemed everyone enjoyed the trip. there were several opportunities to get off the bus and look at the sights. Many eagles pointed out!

My family and I had a wonderful experience. We booked this last minute, but it was thoroughly enjoyable.
Everything about our Juneau City Tour was incredible, except for the fact that the address when we googled it took us to a different place. Luckily the friendly community was helpful and we were able to coordinate with our group of 12 to all get there on time! It would have been helpful to have the correct address on the information I received prior to the trip. I had communicated with trip advisor a few times due to changes of numbers in our party, and they were very helpful and accomodating.
Alicia was the best tour guide I ever been with she was always nice, funny, patient with everyone. The best tour guide you can be never rude explains everything answer all the even when she interrupted she give all love.
