No communication, they refer you to their website and don’t respond to messages. They didn’t show up to the venue specified on their website. Only one of the girls behind the bar knew of the bar crawl, other’s didn’t. I was looking forward to this during my trip, this was a waste of precious time and money. Avoid.
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We’re also a bit confused, as our crawl did run as advertised that night and we had other guests successfully join. For each event, we clearly list the check-in and meeting location on our website, and once guests arrive, our host personally guides the group from venue to venue. We also provide a phone number to call the host directly if anyone has trouble finding us. We reviewed our records and don’t see any missed messages from you, but we truly regret that you felt disconnected from the event. We take great pride in being organized, professional, and delivering fun, memorable experiences for our guests. While this wasn’t the case for you, we assure you our crawls are legitimate and well-run.
They cancelled my reservation at the very last minute. Still waiting for my refund and that was days ago.
We’re truly sorry we had to cancel your reservation at the last minute. As we explained, only two guests were booked in that evening, and we didn’t feel that would give you the full experience we pride ourselves on delivering. Your refund was processed immediately on our end, though depending on your bank it may take 2–7 business days to appear in your account. We regret the inconvenience and disappointment this caused, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future so we can show you the fun, well-organized experience our guests normally enjoy.

I was afraid to go to a Club myself, but after the phone call I had with Via, she walked me step by step on how to book since i’ve always gone in groups who would book for me. I will definitely be booking again for my next Crawl!! BTW… The Hollywood Club Crawl is to die for!!
