It was a wonderful experience and the guide and driver were amazing. Our guide was so informative and had us stopping at some really beautiful spots. I had a great time.
Very impressive. The tour is a very comfortable way to reach the famous thundering glacier. My guide Claudio was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. There was a stop during the tour for lunch, only one of the two spots had an option to pay with credit. Make sure to pay attention to the top of the glacier for avalanches - afterwards there is a great thundering sound.
This a great full day Tour. There are plenty of opportunities to take photos/videos. Be aware that one of the lunch restaurants doesn't accept credit cards but you can quickly walk to another, bigger restaurant that does. Listen for the avalanches at the glacier, they sound like distant thunder rumbles.
It was very nice the experience, the shuttle service and the guide, all very well.
This is a very enjoyable tour to the national Park, Tronodor, waterfalls, and glaciers. We got picked up on our hotel in the morning and the two hour drive out to the national site was great we had our guide Barbi who was translating for us as they tour was mostly Spanish speakers. Barbie was in excellent guide and she isn't an exceptional knowledge of the park. We love this tour and we recommend it if you are wanting to see glaciers and not travel so far and if you still if you were going to be in the Bariloche area. I would highly recommend this tour Barbie with an excellent guide and the driver check us up and dropped us off as I said where we arranged and on time. The communication from this group and guide was excellent.
They were supposed to contact me the day before the tour, which they never did, despite me sending a number of messages over Viator. A random number called me at 8 in the morning on a Saturday telling me they’ll meet me in 5 minutes. I had already made plans with a different provider, which I told them. Shortly after someone from the agency contacted me over Whatsapp saying they’ve been informed the wrong phone number which magically they’ve managed to correct and contact me? Someone obviously messed up ok their end, which then turned into your classic Argentinian “let me tell you a fairytale” story where everyone else but they are to blame. Total waste of money and time. Obviously no refund. STAY AWAY!
Take this tour if you can. Yes the seven lakes is stunning but seeing the disappearing black glacier is quite overwhelming. Barbi our guide was so informative and passionate about the national park. She was able to explain about the geology and the flora and fauna both indigenous and introduced.
Gray Line was the tour operator and they never came to pick us up, they didn't answer the phone, not even the emergency number, they didn't reply to emails either, a total disaster
Our guide Jessi was amazing - lively, friendly and funny. This was a Spanish language tour, but she was happy to practice her English with us as our Spanish is limited. Absolutely amazing views! The only bad part is the very bumpy, winding roads, but it was worth it!
They must carry cash in kind, as they do not accept debit cards to buy tickets to access the Park
