Our experience visiting Macaba, Mount Nebo and the Baptism Site was absolutely incredible. Our guide, Faisal, was extremely punctual, he actually arrived at our hotel before the scheduled time. Communication was seamless and very efficient through WhatsApp, which made everything easy and reassuring from the beginning. The car was clean and very comfortable, and we were kindly offered water upon arrival. Faisal drove safely and professionally throughout the entire tour, always making us feel secure. He explained the places we were visiting with clarity and depth, adding historical and cultural context that truly enriched the experience. The visit itself was magical — a profound historical encounter with the roots of faith. It was much more than a tour; it felt like a meaningful journey through history. Faisal went above and beyond in his kindness. When we asked about local customs, he generously offered us a traditional local toothbrush, inviting us to engage with the culture in a very authentic way. I have very mixed thoughts on this "tour." The positives: I was with Mo and he was kind, easy to talk with, great English and generally engaging. He was on time (early actually) and the car was clean and in good condition. The negatives: This was really private transportation to the various sites. Before I went in Mo told me what to expect and how to navigate the site. He would be sure I had my ticket and then he sent me off on my own to navigate the site. Inside each site there were other tour companies and those guests were accompanied by their guide so I ended up crashing tours all along the way to learn about the sites. I was a solo traveler but charged for two people so I paid USD $155 to have a private driver all day. Plus the admission fee to each site and tip. It was a lot of money for little value. At the end of the day, I'd call this a private car and not a private tour. I'd recommend a company where your guide actually accompanies you into the site.

When you booked, it was explicitly mentioned what is included in the tour, such as private transportation, as well as the costs—$155 for one person and $158 for two. Additionally, though your pick-up was from Salt, rather than Amman, no extra charges were applied. You mentioned a guide for the tour, and I want to clarify that if this was something you had wanted, it could have been arranged with a $100 additional charge for a licensed guide. We would have been happy to accommodate that request had it been communicated at the time of booking. It was disappointing to see a 3-star review, especially when the tour was conducted by Moe, one of our best drivers, who consistently receives high marks for his professionalism and service. We work hard to maintain a high standard and feel that this feedback does not fully reflect the quality of service we strive to provide. Excellent tour. Our guide Mohammed gave us a lot of information and advice. Due to extraneous reasons it was not possible to view the site of baptism, but it offered us other options to choose according to our possibilities of time. We also had the time to ride at our own pace.

A very enjoyable tour in a clean and comfortable car to the bysantine churches in Madaba, the amazing views and mosaics of Mount Nebo and a visit to the Babtism Site. It was my first day in Jordan and the guide Moe helped me, not only with information about the sites we were visiting but about Jordan society and cuture in general.
