Se stai cercando di scappare da tutto questo trekking di difficoltà moderato è sicuramente l'escursione per te. Si tratta di un trekking di 7 ore che ti porta dalla valle, attraverso la foresta dei fuegi fino a superare la linea di vegetazione e sei cupamente in un paesaggio di alta montagna fino a raggiungere la "Laguna de los Témpanos" e il ghiacciaio Vinciguerra alle spalle. Non ci sono parole per descrivere la bellezza di questi paesaggi!

Itinerario
Il nostro tour inizierà quando verremo a prendervi in hotel intorno alle 8:30 e guideremo per 7 km all'interno della Valle Andorra. Inizieremo il trekking attraverso una terra torba che è stata sfruttata e avremo la possibilità di vedere tutti gli strati della torbiera molto tipici delle valli formate dai ghiacciai. La nostra escursione continua attraverso il torrente "Arrojo Grande", una volta attraversato, inizieremo a salire su una collina attraverso la magica foresta fuegiana. A metà strada troveremo ancora una volta le torbiere intorno a noi in una piccola valle più alta. Continueremo a camminare attraversando la linea di legname dove finalmente troveremo la Laguna di Tempanos e dietro il ghiacciaio Vinciguerra con le sue grotte di ghiaccio. A seconda delle condizioni del ghiaccio, l'esperta guida alpina deciderà se è sicuro avvicinarsi alle grotte e camminare un po 'in cima al ghiaccio. In questo paesaggio di alta montagna ci riposeremo un momento e ci godremo il nostro pranzo con alcune bevande calde. Tieni gli occhi ben aperti e guarda in alto ... se sei molto fortunato potresti vedere il re delle Ande ... Il Condor! Intorno alle 14 inizieremo lentamente verso la discesa. Le dighe di castori si troveranno lungo tutto il sentiero, tieni gli occhi aperti, potremmo essere abbastanza fortunati e vederne uno!

This experience was beautiful from start to finish. Marcos, the guide, kindly accompanied us throughout providing explanations of the place. The trail to the glacier did so at a slow but sustained pace, respecting the times of each visitor and being attentive to every detail. The agency gave me free gloves and a backpack because mine wasn't right for the experience. Ulysses took us and brought us to the entrance to the reserve, and on the return he waited with mate and bills for the return trip to the accommodations, as we were soaked and very cold because it rained during the ascent and descent to the glacier. The experience of seeing the glacier and walking on it, is unforgettable. Thanks to the TDF adventure team, total geniuses!!! It was my first trek of difficulty and I was encouraged at all times to do it and happily concrete it. Guaranteed timeliness and experience!
Would highly recommend this activity. We had a small group of 7 people who all hiked at the same pace. Mica was very knowledgeable and a fantastic guide. We had beautiful weather and had amazing views of the scenery. The ice trekking was an unexpected bonus. Highly recommend this trip!

Hiking to Vinciguerra Glacier with Juan was a awesome experience! We would recommend this for anyone visiting Ushuaia looking for an exciting and challenging hike.
Great guide and great pace set by our guide! Joaquim shared with us a plethora of knowledge about the area, answered our questions and was great company to have! Would definitely recommend to those wanting to reconnect with nature.
Absolutely loved this trek!! The guides were fantastic!! Soup T the glacier was nice!! The meat, cheese and bread were just the touch!!
What a hike. It was very demanding, steep, muddy and slippery. Our guide Diego is quiet but competent, he guided us through some very difficult terrain. When we got to the glacier, it was one of these "wow" moments, we literally stood on top of it and inside it (ice caves). Diego then cooked us a hot lunch (he carried everything up), it was delicious. The only suggestion I have is more water to be provided, we each got one bottle and it was not enough.
This was the only trekking in my trip that I hired someone to get me there. It was a wise decision. Different from other trails, Vinciguerra is not an easy access point and the trail is not well marked. That said, the trekking is simply amazing. You will probably see an iced lake, lots of snow, and the felling of getting in the top of Vinciguerra is impossible to describe. Just getting there you will know. Worths every penny spent! Did the tour with the guys of Brasileiros em Ushuaia.
We did the trekking with agency Tolkeyen Patagonia, the same had snack included. The trail is amazing, the day we went ended up snowing even being summer and managed to get even more beautiful. The trail is very tight so it is good to have certain physical preparation, more can be done if you have the disposition, it was very cold the day we went and the tour lasts all day. We paid 2500 pesos.
