Garden of the Gods è una popolare attrazione turistica a Colorado Springs, Colorado, nota per le sue splendide formazioni rocciose rosse che ricordano antichi castelli e guglie. La prima cosa da sapere è che i due cammelli non sono in realtà due rocce diverse. Un tempo non sembravano diversi dal resto di questa parete rocciosa. Ma c'era una piccola crepa all'interno di uno strato di arenaria. Una crepa così piccola da essere praticamente invisibile.
I Giardini Centrali sono un facile sentiero di due miglia che attraversa il cuore del Giardino degli Dei. È impossibile perdersi Balanced Rock da qui. Questa enorme formazione sembra restare in equilibrio impossibile su una piattaforma di arenaria rossa. Allora come lo fa? Nonostante il nome e l'aspetto, questa roccia in realtà non è in equilibrio. Fa tutto parte di un'unica formazione!
Le Impronte dei Giganti sembrano un'altra formazione rocciosa, ma c'è qualcosa che non va. Letteralmente! Normalmente gli strati di roccia sono orizzontali, come una lasagna. Ma qui sono diagonali e puntano con un angolo di 45 gradi. È come se un gigante avesse calpestato un'asse del pavimento allentata.
South Gateway Rock, che abbiamo superato prima. Noti tutti i piccoli segni di butteratura di fronte a ciò? Questi in realtà indicano una delle caratteristiche più impegnative dell'arrampicata su questo tipo di arenaria.

This review is late due to an extremely busy few months. This is a great app to download and to use as you walk around the Garden of the Gods. It gives you a detailed description of the area you are looking at. I would recommend bringing ear pods for better hearing as the area can be a little noisy with everyone walking around. Also water and dogs are welcome. If I remember correctly the app is accessible for a year from the date downloaded. Definitely would use it again.

Unable to download while at Garden of the Gods. A dismal failure! Very disappointed. A complete waste of money. I am so upset about the experience. Ruined the day. Would not recommend to anyone! A scam!

I send multiple reminders to ensure everything is set up in advance. Couldn’t get app to work. Can I get my money back? Please, Garden of the Gods is free to go through. I didn’t really need the audio tour and since it didn’t work I’d like my money refunded.

However, the audio guide is the only service we provide for the Garden of the Gods. Our support hours are 9–6 EST, and our products are valid for one year, providing you with ample time to use them or request a replacement/refund if needed.
My husband and I traveled to Aurora and had a list of things we wanted to check out, but we aren’t the greatest planners. This app was easy to use, provided directions to tour starting point and walked us through every detail. It made our traveling more enjoyable.

User friendly. We made sure everything was downloaded prior to the tour. We used CarPlay in the vehicle and air pods for the hikes. We enjoyed the information and history provided by the audio guide.
