Questo non è progettato come una checklist dei luoghi delle riprese. È una passeggiata volutamente strutturata attraverso Dubrovnik come Approdo del Re – incentrata sui luoghi che contano e sulla storia dietro il perché sono stati scelti. Vedrai le scene chiave, ma soprattutto, capirai come Dubrovnik è stata usata per rappresentare il potere, la politica e il controllo. Le schermate sono usate dove aggiungono chiarezza, non come espediente. Il percorso è progettato intenzionalmente senza scale inutili o biglietti d'ingresso aggiuntivi, il che significa nessuna deviazione verso luoghi che aggiungono fatica ma poca comprensione. Il risultato è un'esperienza più fluida e focalizzata. Come tour privato, il ritmo è controllato e adattabile. Possiamo entrare più nel dettaglio o semplicemente sperimentare come Dubrovnik è diventata Approdo del Re. Lo spazio tra le due porte della Città Vecchia è il luogo della più grande scena GoT girata a Dubrovnik.
Una bellissima chiesa gesuita del XVIII secolo fa solo da sfondo alla scena più iconica di GoT a Dubrovnik. Lo spettacolo ha filmato 5 scene sul posto, ma una è in qualche modo più famosa di altre.
Su una piazza principale della Città Vecchia considereremo il Drago.
Nella produzione cinematografica le direzioni non hanno senso e GoT cerca di confonderci e disorientarci in questo luogo.
Mentre attraversiamo la Città Vecchia, Approdo del Re si mescola con Perl dell'Adriatico.
