This was a great way to visit the Accademia and our guide was passionate and engaging throughout. We were travelling with 2 teenagers and this was the perfect amount of art museum for us. Whilst seeing David, and his evolution, was the highlight, the other rooms with historical musical instruments and beautiful art were also fantastic.

The organiser turned up late at 8.35 am, our entry was 8.21am. The audio was an app on the mobile…as no mention of this, had to play the descriptions on loud. This was disturbing everyone around us, so stopped using it. No mention of it being a phone app…I do not have ear buds, so I would not have booked this!! The staff were useless. I would recommend not using this company, it was an organisational shambles!

We booked tour last minute, the night before. When we arrived in the morning the tour wasn’t too busy so they kindly upgraded us to a guided tour. I’m so happy they did and will make sure next museum/gallery visit I do will book with guide. Antonio our guide was superb! He effortlessly took us to the main attractions in gallery. His knowledge of all the art work and history of Florence was incredible. He explained everything thoroughly and made the tour really interesting. Couldn’t of asked for a better tour guide and would recommend anyone to take this tour.

The academia is an amazing museum but too crowded and it would have been nice to have a guide. Meeting points for this app are never next to the ticket shop and that is confusing and inconvenient.
Antonio was an excellent guide. Very polite and very knowledgeable and made sure we got all the photo opportunities.

It was a simple process. Russiru met us at the designated spot near the entrance and helped us to get our physical tickets. We then got on a much shorter line at the Red Point and we were in the Accademia in 3 minutes. On a hot day in July to not have to wait on a long line and get quick and efficient help was valuable indeed.

Quick and easy process to book through trip advisor. Yes, you can do cheaper in certain instances, but for speed and simplicity, this was simple. Pickup is simple as well. I would highly recommend if you are doing last minute and want to avoid waiting in long lines.
