DO NOT PAY FOR THIS! Apparently Italy pass can just never send you the tickets, and then when you aren’t able to enter the attraction and request a refund, they can deny your refund, claiming that they have “evidence” that the tickets were sent to you, despite the fact that you never received the tickets. Long story short, we didn’t get to see the gallery, and we are STILL out over $100.

Thanks for your feedback We are sorry to hear about your experince but we have provided all the instructions along with the audio guide that it must be opened before entering the gallery as their is internet connectivity issue inside the gallery

If you want to see the Gallery you should not take a bus. You need private transportation to Florence. Buses cannot go into Florence, and it's a long walk to and from. We took a bus booked through Viator. We were told we had plenty of time. That was not true. By the time we walked to the Gallery we had less than an hour before we had to leave and start back to catch the bus. You need hours to do justice to a trip to the Gallery.

The museum was amazing. The audio tour was a bit confusing as it did not tell about every room and skipped from display to display. That being said the information on the audio was very informative.

The ticketing was easy, although don’t forget the aviator ticket is not the actual ticket and we had lots of problems with the audio hide. Use one from the Uffizi instead.
