Fansipan is an unbelievable destination, and while that may sound like hype, it lives up to the statement. A short funicular ride takes you to the cable car station, where the cable cars take you across multiple valleys and peaks, and up almost to Fansipan peak. From there you ride another funicular to the absolute peak. The engineering is phenomenal, and the views even better. Prices for food at the restaurants are fair, something other destinations should note, and this was probably the high point of our trip to Vietnam.
Great experience, very nice people, lots of things to see. Only thing was when I went it was very very foggy so the viewpoints were not visible.
We had a great time and enjoyed every moment of our Fansipan experience. We are thankful to our superb tour guide, Ai. She is very hands on and accommodating and ensures that all our concerns, if any, are addressed. Kudos to Ai and to the entire Team.
Everything about the cable car was amazing. Very beautiful on the mountain top. Make sure you have your QR code for the ticket counter. Barcode does not work.
Nothing like seeing the terrace garden up close after seeing them from the cable car. This your let's you appreciate where the food comes from to feed locals and tourists alike. Amazing experience!
Even on the urgent schedule of the day, I was able to come and look at it with kindness and quick response. I highly recommend 👍👍 Thank you
No tour guide, minimal information, no clear information was given, we have to figure everything by ourself, but the place is beautiful
The views are incredible! The facilities and transport to Fansipan are top-notch. Wait time for the cable car can be several hours, but worth the wait!
I did a lot of those tours over the past few weeks and this was by far the worst as far as communication is concerned. In the end I had to contact Viator to ask if I could cancel the tour and they sent me the tickets! The option of the tour that I picked was comprised of a bunch of tickets which I could have purchased individually for much cheaper.
This was an incredibly rewarding experience. I urge everyone, however, to know what you are signing up for. We are two physically fit 22 year old girls and it was one of the most physically demanding things we’ve done in our lives. Even though it was incredibly difficult, it could not have been more worth it. Our guide Sue was also amazing.
