Iniziamo con una visita a Cabo girão skywalker (580 metri) sul livello del mare con una vista incredibile sul mare e sulla fajã do Cabo girão, questo è il posto migliore per scattare foto sentendo di volare sopra la scogliera, il modo migliore per non dimenticare mai le tue vacanze o che hai paura delle altezze. Il tempo di percorrenza da Ponta do Sol a Cabo Girao è di circa 20 minuti
Fermandovi nel belvedere di Véu da Noiva nei dintorni, vedrete di più sulle vecchie strade e guarderete la cascata di Véu da Noiva, così come, forse, fare una breve pausa caffè nel negozio di souvenir (una buona sosta per portare qualcosa di dolce e memorabile alla famiglia o agli amici). Il tempo di percorrenza da São VIcente a Véu da Noiva è di circa 20 minuti
Avrete il piacere di visitare la spiaggia di Seixal (un piccolissimo villaggio con circa 580 persone che vivono) per molte persone questa spiaggia ricorderà le Hawai a causa della sabbia nera naturale, risultato dell'erosione della roccia basaltica e per via dell'incredibile vista sulle montagne verdi lungo la costa. Il tempo di percorrenza da São Vicente a Véu da Noiva è di circa 30 minuti
Due ore di sosta a Porto Moniz (villaggio di pescatori) specializzato in passato nella caccia alle balene. In questa sosta gli ospiti potranno liberamente gestire il loro tempo tra il bagno sulle piscine vulcaniche e il pranzo. Il tempo di percorrenza da Seixal a Porto Moniz è di circa 20 minuti.
Tempo di pausa contemplare e rilassarsi sul paesaggio più bello di tutta l'isola. Una foresta mistica protetta dall'UNESCO e patrimonio mondiale dal 1998. In questa foresta vedremo alberi più vecchi di sei secoli, il ben noto alloro puzzolente, endemico di Madeira. Il tempo di percorrenza da Porto Moniz a Fanal Forest è di circa 30 minuti.
Giù per le montagne verso il mare. Finire il tour con un bagno di sole sulla baia di Ponta do sol, una buona occasione per bere Poncha o una Nikita, la città più soleggiata di Madeira.

This was the highlight of my trip to Madeira. Our guide Bernardo was great and made the tour very enjoyable. All of the stops we made were great & the off-roading in the jeep was a welcome surprise! Would highly recommend The Big Adventure Madeira.
We had a fantastic day on the Big Adventures 4x4 tour around Madeira. Our guide, Thomas, was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. The open top 4x4 was a great way to see the island, and the off-road sections were a real highlight. Being able to stand up in the vehicle gave us some amazing views and made the journey even more exciting. It was also really convenient to be picked up from and dropped off at our hotel, making the whole experience completely hassle-free. If you’re visiting Madeira and want to see some incredible scenery while having a bit of adventure, we’d highly recommend this tour. Thank you Tomas for a brilliant day.
We had a fantatic tour, very beautifull view points and also the off road track was very nice. Bernardo is a great guide and knows very much about Madeira. I absolutely recommend this magnificent excursion!
Bernardo was charming and knowledgeable and the perfect guide for our day out, he was fun and engaging and seemed to genuinely enjoy sharing his love of the island. We would highly recommend doing this tour. It really is a full day and there are many amazing things to see. He was a great driver, some of the roads were very narrow and steep but we never felt unsafe in the jeep. I love that they pick you up at your accommodation and drop you back at the end. The best experience for someone to Madeira to see the beautiful varied landscapes. If I did it again, while the restaurant stop in Porto Moniz was good, I would skip the lunch option and head straight to the natural pools (cafe on site). One of our party had to cancel the tour(well within the permitted cancellation window) and it took a phone call, several emails and texts to receive a refund (which we eventually did). Just a minor niggle and overall would recommend this tour without hesitation.
This is a must do day trip if visiting Madeira!! It was simply amazing. Price is good for what you get to see and do. We did the full day trip and left our hotel at 9.30am and arrived back at 5.30pm. Our good guide Francesco was absolutely brilliant, funny, knowledgeable, accommodating, and reserved a table for the whole Jeep at lunch. We had a good mix of people in our Jeep and everyone got on really well. Would 100% recommend. I would advise taking a jacket as it does get cool at certain stops and make sure you comfortable practical footwear as the terrain at the forest stop is very uneven and dusty.
Highly recommend this if you want a taste of what the beautiful island of Madeira has to offer. Paulo was our guide, super friendly and informative!
