Una maestosa meraviglia architettonica che domina il lago su una collina circondata da mura merlate, è un insieme di cortili, padiglioni, terrazze, corridoi, stanze e giardini pensili. L'ingresso principale è attraverso il triplo cancello ad arco, il 'Tripolia' con otto portici in marmo. I Maharana furono pesati sotto il cancello nell'oro, la cui quantità equivalente fu distribuita tra la popolazione.
Jagmandir è un palazzo costruito su un'isola sul lago Pichola. Chiamato anche "Lake Garden Palace", la costruzione iniziò nel 1620 e fu completata intorno al 1652. La famiglia reale usò il palazzo come luogo di villeggiatura estivo e per ospitare feste. Il palazzo ebbe un tale impatto sull'imperatore Shah Jahan che divenne l'ispirazione per una delle più magnifiche meraviglie del mondo, il Taj Mahal.

Maharana Pratap Smarak è un bel sito storico dedicato al miglior eroe del Rajasthan Maharana Pratap. Il sito si trova sul Moti Margi o Pearl Hill, e questa bella vista sovrasta il lago Fateh Sagar e raffigura la migliore posa di Maharana in sella alla sua cavalcata preferita "Chetak".
Un bellissimo lago, dominato da una serie di colline sui tre lati e il memoriale di Pratap a nord è stato costruito da Maharana Fateh Singh. Nel mezzo del lago si trova il Nehru Park, un'incantevole isola giardino con una caffetteria a forma di barca accessibile da un piacevole giro in barca.
Il pittoresco lago che ha incantato il Maharaja Udai Singh. Successivamente è stato ampliato dal fondatore. Il lago è circondato da colline, palazzi, templi, ghat e argini da bagno. Due palazzi dell'isola, Jag Mandir e Jag Niwas (Palazzo del Lago) sul lago sono mozzafiato

Giardino delle damigelle d'onore Questo piccolo giardino ornamentale era un popolare luogo di relax in cui le signore reali venivano a fare una passeggiata e da qui il nome. Il giardino ha molte fontane nelle sue quattro deliziose piscine, chioschi cesellati ed elefanti di marmo.

The city of lakes, Udaipur, treated well with rich culture as every building can be found in a palace-like structure. The boating in Fateh Sagar lake seems beautiful as the 30 minutes ride is absolutely peaceful and an amazing experience. City Palace has its own beauty and very well-maintained till date. There are events happening inside the palace in the evenings. There are electric-run vehicles as the pick-up/drop option to and from the palace because it is found on a huge height like almost a hill-top. Saheliyon ki bari is a wonderful place with fountains and gardens which seems pleasant. There are Rajasthani avatar costumes and clicks campaigns in many places to attract the tourists. TripAdvisor service for the booking is great as the details are sent promptly, and the service has been provided accordingly as per the request. The car sent is very neat, and the driver is a polite person with right knowledge on the city traffic, must-visit places, and worthy shopping experience. He gave great suggestions regarding various things such as sight-seeing places, the spots for yummy street food, restaurants, shopping, and took places where good ambience can be found. This package is recommended for a nice Udaipur day-tour.
The chauffeur Javed was a very polite person and cooperative. Explained things well about the city and other locations from the moment he picked me from the airport. I will definitely recommend this person for anyone who visits this place.
