A very good experience thanks to the guide and his charisma.
Its a MUST to do when visiting Lanzarote. Imptessed by the nature a very professional team. Best Guide I have ever seen
The food and the camel ride cost extra, so the price-performance ratio is no longer right. Less (winding) bus travel would be good.
Complete experience. Highly recommended. The guides Pablo (Paul) and Melvin were attentive and professional. Essential.
A beautiful excursion with breathtaking views where the volcano and the ocean meet. The Geria area is beautiful, where human ingenuity has created volcanic terraces to produce an excellent wine. Not to be missed!
Excursion done in half a day. We finished with this excursion, which allowed us to wrap up our magnificent stay. The landscapes are breathtaking. The guide spoke French well and was able to give us explanations about life in Lanzarote. To visit Timanfaya, it is essential to book an excursion. The tour is only done by bus. We paid €72 per person, but it is worth the price. My children enjoyed it.
Bring something warm; it might be windy. He is very impatient and is doing very well. The guide explains everything very well to you. It is adapted for all ages. The demonstrations are very good. The worst part is that you cannot get off the bus on the volcano circuit, but it is com
Really enjoyed the trip. The driver was brilliant while driving down the trail in the National Park, it must take a lot of skill to get it right. Our tour guide was Micheal, he was really funny and kept making jokes throughout to keep us entertained, and very informative. The National Park was our favourite, although we didn’t stop for too long, but it was a lovely experience. We didn’t have as many stops as we thought so were on the bus a lot of the time but the views were great. Would 100% recommend.
The service I received did not match what was advertised in several ways: 1. DURATION: The listing clearly states the tour lasts 7 hours. Our tour only lasted 5 hours (10am to 3pm), with no explanation provided by the operator. 2. CLOSED FACILITY: At the camel stop, participants who didn’t want to do the camel ride were told a museum was available. The museum was closed with no alternative. We waited 30 minutes with nothing to do — a service advertised but not delivered. 3. SHORTER STOPS: The official itinerary advertises 40 minutes at the Green Lagoon. We were only given 25 minutes. 4. MISLEADING DESCRIPTION: The tour is marketed as a full day of sightseeing. In reality, the vast majority of the time was spent on the bus, which was not stated in the listing. My partner suffers from motion sickness and would never have booked had this been clear — she felt sick for most of the day. Be careful in timanfaya you are going to be full on a bus. 5. LUNCH: The group was taken to an overpriced tourist restaurant with no alternative option.
The tour guide Pablo was extremelly friendly and informative. I think the free time of each stop could have been longer than it was, but all together it was an awsome experience.
