Poi, scoprirai una città fantasma di Pripyat: i suoi edifici semidistrutti vuoti, il parco divertimenti, i campi da calcio, i campi da gioco, la scuola e la piscina. Sarai in grado di immaginare come oltre 45 mila abitanti siano stati evacuati da lì e abbiano preso solo le cose quotidiane necessarie, sperando di tornare a casa.
Vedrai con i tuoi occhi la centrale nucleare di Chernobyl, dove nel 1986 avvenne l'esplosione. Da una distanza di sicurezza, vedrai una costruzione difensiva del sarcofago. Una guida esperta vi racconterà la storia della sua costruzione, il corso degli eventi, che hanno portato al tragico incidente su di esso e le successive misure adottate per fermare la diffusione della contaminazione nucleare.
Tranne la città fantasma di Pripyat, vedrete l'oggetto militare sovietico segreto Duga-3, noto anche come il "Picchio russo" e il monumento, che glorifica i costruttori del comunismo. Passerai lungo la semi-mistica Foresta Rossa e ascolterai le storie della guida su cose sorprendenti che accadono con una flora e una fauna di questo territorio chiuso.

Thanks to our Tour Guide Konstantyn we had an amazing experience.He went above and beyond.For example when he discovered that we wanted to feed the Dogs.He purchased some anti bacterial wipes for us and took us to a shop to purchase food for them.He made it so personal , which made the entire experience memorable.I loved the fact that he showed us images of the Town before nature took over as that gave us a real insight .His wealth of knowledge further enhanced the experience.

One of the best experiences we ever had! We booked this tour for 2 persons. Our guide, Maxim, was very helpfull, friendly and knows the place inside and out! He gave us a lot of information and arranged the tour in a different way, so we didn't see a lot of other tourists. (It's a popular location, and about 200-1500 tourists come here every day). Pickup at the hotel in a nice, clean car. All english tour, no trouble communicating. An amazing experience!

We were a private group of four - two couples, very experienced travelers, but our tour with Konstantin to Chernobyl was one of the best and most memorable we’ve done anywhere in the world. Konstantin is very knowledgeable, could not only explain everything that we saw with great insight but also guided us to areas of the zone where we encountered few other visitors. To add to the solemnity of the site, the day we visited the weather was pretty grim ending with a massive thunderstorm. Nobody visiting Ukraine should miss Chernobyl

Had an amazing trip with our amazing guide. Would highly recommend booking through this company. Thoroughly interesting, whilst keeping away from the big groups making the tour more personal and private. Our trip was our five people along with two other pairs, so don't think it will necessarily be just your group. However I think this adds to the experience. perfectly organized 2-day tour in the restricted area around the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. Our guide has given us with precise background knowledge on the disaster through the deserted cities. The pleasant host family on the edge of the restricted area offered us a much nicer accommodation than the 4 star hotel in Kiev. On my next visit to the Ukraine, I would definitely go back to Green Tour Ukraine
