Full Day di Laguna Humantay

I didnt go on this trip because I was ready waiting since 3:55am in front of my Airbnb because the driver text me the night before telling me my pick up time was 4am and he never show up around 6pm he called me to tell me he was on his way after 2 hours stading outside in the cold I decided not to go since this company is so irresponsible that I didnt feel safe going anywhere with them do paid for this trip they are not a responsible company.

I have been left very disappointed and upset with my experience with Erika. Ms. Erika sold me a package that clearly included one night in Huacachina, inside the oasis. This was one of the main points of the agreement. However, upon arrival, I was assigned a hotel located about 15 minutes by taxi from Huacachina, that is, completely outside the oasis. I tried to get in touch with her to clarify the problem and request assistance, but unfortunately I did not find the availability I expected. On the contrary, after a problem that did not depend on me, but on what had been organized and sold, I even received a message with a tone that I considered unkind and unprofessional. What disappointed me the most was precisely this: a lot of attention during the sale and marketing, but very little availability and assistance after the sale, especially when a problem arose related to what had been promised. I am very sorry, because with a little more attention to the customer's needs and more professional assistance, the experience could have been completely different. Unfortunately, in this case, I am left with a feeling of great disappointment and little consideration for the customer.

The lagoon is very worth it, it is incredible the landscape but the rest, leaves much to be desired (breakfast, food, guide..)

An incredible experience, you have to be prepared, the walk is steep and you have to go carefully for the height. The guide very friendly and attentive.

Breakfast and food were good enough to be a tour. The guide who attended us was lively, nice and gave us some information about the formation of the lagoon. Good organization.

Very satisfied with the personalized and friendly attention from the Terra Quechua Peru team. Kevin our guide, very reliable, very patient, very attentive to any need. He clarifies any doubt you have, they know very well the culture and the routes, the cook Alberto excelled with the menu every day. The tour is physically demanding, you must be in good condition and be familiar with the altitude due to the oxygen density. It's certainly worth all the physical effort to get to know all the landscapes and learn about the Inca culture. Without a doubt I highly recommend 🙌🏻♥️🇵🇪, I would take a tour with them again.

Beautiful views! Tough climb (very steep and the high altitude made things harder for me) but worth it! Horses are available, so bring cash (80 soles per person) if you think that might be something you’re interested in.

Tour guide was great! Raul did a great job! Highly recommend this agency. Bring lots of water though.
