Successivamente visiterai la città di Cuenca, considerata la città più bella dell'Ecuador e una delle città più belle del Sud America.

Itinerario
Inizia questa giornata con una passeggiata attraverso uno dei parchi nazionali più belli dell'Ecuador, il Parco Nazionale di Cajas, ammirando alcune delle lacune e conoscendo da vicino la spettacolare flora di questo ecosistema. Faremo un'escursione alle 2:00 circa.
Pranzo in un ristorante locale per provare il cibo ecuadoriano.
La guida ti porterà al belvedere di Turi da dove avrai una bellissima vista della città di Cuenca.
Dopo aver visitato il parco procediamo per Cuenca. In questo tour della città la nostra guida parlerà della storia di questa città, visitando chiese come Catedral de la Inmaculada Concepción (Nuova Cattedrale) e La Iglesia del Carmen. Cammineremo in quartieri molto belli e tradizionali della città come il quartiere della Cruz del Vado, un sito dove molte case hanno uno stile architettonico diverso e hanno una bella vista sul fiume Tomebamba. Godetevi anche una passeggiata attraverso il Mercado 10 de Agosto apprezzando i frutti colorati mescolati e i colori dell'abbigliamento di Cholas Cuencanas). Inoltre visiterai una delle fabbriche di cappelli Panama per conoscere i dettagli più importanti su questo accessorio speciale realizzato solo in Ecuador. Il tour termina con la consegna in hotel.

My partner and I were delighted with the private tour. The tour pick us up at the hotel at 8:20 am very punctual, we go to Cajas National Park where we arrive in an hour depending on traffic. On the way the guide and driver (Wilson) tells us a little about the history of the city of Cuenca and what to expect from the Cajas park. We arrive at the park and begin the walk through the beautiful forest where you can admire the flora and fauna. The route through the park is extraordinary, do not forget a warm coat as the climate changes according to the height you are in, as the weather varies. After the park we return to Cuenca and it takes about one hour. The guide shows you the city by foot. You can admire the Neo Gothic architecture of the Cathedral and French / Spanish style houses of the city. Lots of culture, good food and weather. Try el “hornado” in the Mercado 10 de Agosto. I would repeat it.
