L'avventura inizia a Benagil, sede della straordinaria Grotta di Benagil. Fai un'escursione fino al punto panoramico di Benagil, attraversa un pittoresco villaggio di pescatori e scendi a Benagil Beach per iniziare il sentiero delle sette valli sospese. Questa escursione moderata di un'ora e mezza offre approfondimenti sulla fauna, la flora e la geologia della regione mentre esplori la Roccia dell'Elefante e il cuore segreto delle sette valli. Dopo il percorso, goditi fino a 1 ora e mezza di tempo libero presso la spiaggia di Marinha, dove acque cristalline e sabbie dorate invitano all'esplorazione. Incontra la tua Guida davanti al Faro Sign ̈♡ FARO ̈! Sarà vestito con un'uniforme blu con il nome Flow Adventures sul petto e sulla schiena. Il check-in è tra le 8 : 15 e le 8 : 25 per il Tour 8 : 30 e dalle 8 : 45 alle 8 : 55 per il Tour 9 : 00, quindi venite un po 'prima per suggerimenti e un breve briefing. Il tour inizia PRONTAMENTE, per favore non fare tardi, i ritardi non sono tollerati! Godetevi il giro di 45 minuti, fare nuove amicizie e rock il microfono karaoke se è il tuo turno!

Dopo esserci immersi in panorami epici, ci dirigeremo verso Benagil Beach e ci prepareremo per un'escursione indimenticabile sul Seven Hanging Valleys Trail!
Sul Seven Hanging Valleys Trail, la tua guida condividerà affascinanti approfondimenti sulla fauna, la flora e la geologia locali. Preparati per una vista mozzafiato della grotta di Benagil dall'alto, la splendida Praia da Marinha e tesori naturali nascosti come Elephant Rock, il Mini Canyon e il Cuore Segreto delle Sette Valli. L'escursione si estende per circa 2,5 km ed è classificata di MEDIA DIFFICOLTÀ, con terreno roccioso, terreno irregolare e qualche saliscendi lungo il percorso. Consigliamo vivamente di indossare scarpe KIKING SHOES o simili e di portare acqua extra per rimanere idratati durante il viaggio. Prima di iscriverti, prenditi un momento per un'autovalutazione onesta. Questa esperienza non è RACCOMANDATA a chi ha problemi articolari, interventi recenti o mobilità limitata. Eletta una delle spiagge più belle del mondo, Praia da Marinha è il luogo perfetto per nuotare in acque cristalline, esplorare angoli nascosti e godersi panorami mozzafiato. Usa il tuo tempo libero per rilassarti sulla sabbia dorata, scoprire la bellezza che ti circonda, mangiare un boccone o sorseggiare un drink rinfrescante in riva al mare! Solo durante i mesi estivi, troverete food truck che servono snack, hot dog, toast e panini, così come un vicino ristorante aperto ai visitatori. Se segui una dieta speciale o hai esigenze alimentari specifiche, ti consigliamo di portare il tuo pasto per stare comodo e goderti appieno il tuo tempo in paradiso. Da novembre a febbraio, ti consigliamo di portare il tuo cibo poiché il ristorante è chiuso e i food truck potrebbero non essere disponibili presso Praia da Marinha. La Grotta di Boneca è una vera meraviglia naturale, nascosta come un segreto tra le scogliere dorate di Carvoeiro. La natura ha scolpito qui finestre perfette, come se fossero progettate per incorniciare l'infinito oceano blu. E per gli amanti del brivido: tuffati con un salto in scogliera in acque profonde e rinfrescanti!

Awesome experience! I highly recommend it. The tour was beautiful, hike was fairly easy. Tour guide, Arthur was super knowledge and very friendly. Book it!
This trip is absolutely amazing and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone able-bodied who is visiting Faro! The pick-up was clear and well-organized. You knew exactly where to be and when (don’t be late!!). The small group is the perfect size to make some new bestows if you choose or stick to yourself if that’s your preference. Eduardo- what can I say about Eduardo- what a TREAT!!!! He is helpful, funny, full of information, a mediocre photographer (jkjkjkjkjk!!), and an overall joy to follow around on this tour. And listen to him when he gives you tips on secret beaches, etc! DEFINITELY an amazing tour, well worth the money for what you get! Notes: Bring (or wear) a swim suit, deodorant, hair brush, a hat, and sunscreen. Then let Eduardo guide you :)
Eduardo was amazing! He was a really great tour guide and made everything fun. The hike and the caves just got more and more beautiful. It was a great experience and my group was super happy that we chose to go. If you do go, make sure you bring a swimsuit and towel because you will want to get into the water and take a quick dip… especially if you are going on a warm sunny day.

The trip was full of amazing sights and great fun! We were lucky with good weather, and the pacing of the itinerary was well organised as we didn't feel rushed while still seeing lots. We had Eduardo as our guide and he was phenomenal. Friendly, gave humerous commentary at times, and very knowledgeable about the area and surrounding wildlife, we loved the various fun facts we got along the way! The cliff diving experience in particular was a thrilling conclusion to the trip and we definitely felt like we were in good hands with our guide. Thank you Eduardo!
Aaron was a great guide. The hike was not too hard and was really pretty. He pointed out great photo-ops and was very personable and knowledgeable. I really appreciated him pointing out the forageable plants that can be found and taste along the trail. The sights were beautiful and he was very encouraging and helpful when doing the cliff jump. I almost chickened out but I'm glad I didn't. Wear good running shoes. The terrain is uneven and Algor Seco will cut your feet if you wear flimsy sandals. Aaron also recommended a great secret beach which really enhanced our beach time and he made the day an absolute 10/10.

Arthur was amazing. I am not the adventurous type and he made me and my husband feel comfortable and he was patient with us. We had a small group and he catered to all of us. He was very informative about the caves and helped us capture amazing pictures! This tour was breathtaking!
I had an absolutely fantastic experience on this tour, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Eduardo. He is without a doubt one of the best tour guides I have ever had. Eduardo is incredibly knowledgeable and shared so many interesting insights throughout the tour, making every stop more meaningful and engaging. What truly set him apart, though, was his patience and genuine enthusiasm—he never rushed anyone and made sure we were all comfortable and enjoying the experience. One thing I especially appreciated was his willingness to take amazing photos for me. He really went the extra mile to make sure I had beautiful memories captured, which made the experience even more special. Despite being young, Eduardo is exceptionally professional, passionate, and dedicated to what he does. His energy and positive attitude made the entire tour unforgettable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone—and if you get Eduardo as your guide, you’re truly in the best hands!
As a solo traveller I felt an excursion would be a great way to explore, meet new people and feel safe along the way. Eduardo was an excellent guide who was very approachable and reassuring ; he threw in a few laughs here and there too! Feel like I really saw the Algarve. 10/10
