Great ride and relaxing, people were nice
Excellent orientation to the city, plus I saw areas I might not otherwise have seen. Easy to find the docking point with the coordinates TripAdvisor gives. The German/English audio was perfectly timed. (Though it’s good to know “rechts” and “links” — on the right and on the left — to know where to look while you wait for the English.) Good value and a good time!
Its a cruise, that's right. But I would not call it sightseeing, since there isn't much to see from the river. I can count the sightseeing that was menstioned on one hand. Plus, why can't I have my bottle if water with me onboard? I can understand outside foods and drinks are not allowed, so people are forced to buy from them, but water!!! In this extreme heat waves!!
This was our second time once last year and this year doing this tour. I highly recommend it! It is so relaxing and automated recording that tells the history of the buildings you see in both German and English are very informative! Also located next to Iron Bridge and Römerberg! Great memory and great tour to see Frankfurt from a river!
The diesel fumes emitted by the vessel and the vaping fumes emitted by other patrons made my daughter and I sick
A very relaxing cruise. It was a great way to learn quite a bit about Frankfurt history and its architecture. When your feet are tired and want to just sit and enjoy a beer, this is the way to go. If you ride on the open deck, I suggest a hat. Plenty of cold air conditioning down below and clean toilets as well.
Spacious and clean boat with an open upper deck. Bar available for drink or juice. Sails back and forth at a leisurely pace which takes 1 hour. Clear explanation of what you see in German and English.
Strong gas smell on upper deck and cash only bar on board. You would be better off walking up and down both sides of the river walk. Minimal information during the tour.
Really enjoyed this water tour. It's actually very romantic. Me and the wife had a great time and smooth ride. With good not to loud music.
