Itinerario

Jonza (Jack) was an amazing guide that not only knew all of the history but also gave us an amazing view as to the culture of Czech. Would highly recommend.
Phenomenal tour with Jack! Our tour was exactly as others described. First the concentration camp and grounds and then a detailed descriptive explanation of the fortress and a walk through the actual tunnels where the soldiers would have been positioned to defend the fortress. After that, a tour of the prison camp where the political dissidents were sent. Jack provided amazing historical and current references about Czech politics, history and culture. Would absolutely recommend this tour if you want to visit Terezin as it covered all aspects of the concentration camp and fortress.
We went on the day trip to Terezin and really appreciated the experience. Our guide, Jack, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He provided insights into the history, both modern and historical, and answered all of our questions. Highly recommended.
Professional guidance that takes you to the best. Very well organized. We were so lucky to meet Honza. He is a very knowledgeable and serviceminded English language guide. Our experience to Terezin became educational and unforgettable - for ten hours! We recommend this organizer. And especially Honza if you need an English speaking guide. Thank you!
We had a great tour with our guide Honza on behalf of Exploreprague We met in Prague by the statue of st Wenceslas and then had an introduction to some Czech and Prague history. We walked to the station and got the train to terezinstadt. Honza both provided us with lots of information as well as making the trip fun and interesting. We walked from the station to the camp via the cemetery and the original fortifications. We had a very interesting tour of the castle and it's underground fortifications before having a lovely Czech lunch in the old Gestapo HQ We walked through terezinstadt to the small fortress which was more like a concentration camp and saw the conditions the prisoners were kept in We came back on the bus and then the underground. All went very smoothly. Thank you
Honza guided us on the Terezin Fortress tour during our visit to Prague. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. His knowledge and enthusiasm was second to none. His explanation of the layers with the fort highlighted its amazing design and construction. Unfortunately it’s tied to a part of history that is much more somber. Even still, Honza provided a detailed account of what took place within the fort during WW2 and after.
Our guide Honza ("Jack") was waiting for us just in time. After a short tour in the city by train to Terezin. Jack's knowledge is vast and throughout the day there is a pleasant atmosphere and interesting conversations. If you don't want to get in/out by bus but really take the time to see this historic site, then this is a must.
Fantastic tour of Terezín with Jack. It was just the 2 of us and Jack on the tour and from the moment we met him he made us feel at ease and comfortable. His knowledge of Terezín is second to none and he's very passionate about getting the story of Terezín across and not just about dates and timelines. Jack went above and beyond for us on the tour, even sorting us a ride to one of sections that was closed in the morning. His passion for his country shone through all day and it was lovely to get to meet him and hear his stories. Highly recommend this tour with Jack and hopefully if we return we would definitely seek out other tours with Jack
Our guide Honza (Jack) went above and beyond to make this tour come to life. He not only shared the history, but also had moving and interesting stories. He was extremely knowledgeable and was eager to explain Czech culture and history as well. He took a real interest in those of us on the tour and made the tour personal whenever he could. (He even introduced us to Kofola - a lovely soft drink we had never had before!) We cannot recommend him highly enough!
Jack was the best guide one could ever ask for. He was so informative and personable. He even helped for matters well outside the tour. We learned so much about this tragic and misunderstood place. The fort system was fascinating, the town so misunderstood, and the prison system seamed haunting. It's a lot to absorb.
