Meeting up at the designated meeting point was chaotic; I thought we were lost. There wasn't a clear meeting point. It was quite stressful.
Great tour. We were a bit unlucky with the weather but Susan stories made it worth the visit. I would definitely recommend this tour
No customer service; we had a problem joining the group and it was impossible to reach anyone.

Nous conseillons systématiquement à nos clients de bien consulter ces documents à l’avance pour arriver à l’heure au rendez‑vous. Malheureusement, nous n’avons reçu aucun appel ni message de votre part avant le début de la visite pour nous informer de vos difficultés à rejoindre le groupe.
Mina was very knowledgeable and friendly, taking her time to explain everything in a fun ways. She also made sure we took breaks and hydrated since it was an extremely hot day. Definitely recommend this tour!
A great experience from start to finish! The guide was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting information about the history of the Forbidden City. We learned much more than we would have by visiting on our own. Before the tour, we were a little worried about finding the meeting point because the area was extremely crowded. However, everything was very well organized, and we had no difficulty meeting the guide. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Forbidden City.
Very nice tour with our guide being very informative and helpful during the entire duration despite the summer heat. Anson, our guide was great and knowledgeable and he really made us feel the dynasty era.
We have been here from half an hour before until half an hour after trying to find the group without success. We wrote to them that we were here and they only told us that they were waiting for us without giving more details
We are sorry you were unable to join our tour. Full details including the exact meeting point, start time and arrival directions were clearly stated in our booking confirmation email sent to you upon reservation completion. Most of our guests were able to locate our group following these provided instructions. We also included our contact phone number in the confirmation for guests to reach us in case of any issues. Unfortunately, we only received your message after the scheduled departure time. We replied confirming we were waiting but could not provide further real‑time location details as the group had to depart on schedule for the rest of the itinerary. We regret that this experience did not work out for you.
