Itinerario
Incontro con la nostra Guida e inizio della tua deliziosa esplorazione cretese dello streetbfood. 1° attraverso il mercato assaggiamo torte e dolci della più antica panetteria della città intera ammiriamo la fontana romana accanto al monumento alla moglie dei Sultani. Passeggiando per questa strada con aromi di noci di caffè fresche e salate e spezie prendiamo un morso sul più antico negozio di tapas di Heraklions e assaggiamo con un po 'di ouzo I cretesi deliziosi mezws-tapas piccoli piatti pieni di gusto Varietà è il nome.
Caffè greco cotto lentamente secondo il vecchio metodo tradizionale. Tutti i segreti del caffè greco in combinazione con dolci cretesi e torte yami.
Passeggiando tra il mercato aperto e le vivaci strade acciottolate della città veneziana di Heraklion. Ammirando la sua architettura veneziana e ottomana, così come la cultura cretese.
La Nostra europa ha premiato la costruzione del punto d'incontro dei nobili dal XIV secolo. Dopo le tapas visitiamo il delizioso negozio Bougatsa della città - dal nome di Vyzantion-avvolto e riempito (creme-formaggio - verdure-manzo macinato) Lì prenderemo un morso di Grecia famoso dolce e salato migliore snack.
Le mura veneziane catturano panorami incredibili, vedendo Zeus faccia sul monte Juchtas. Per gli amanti del meet : lì avremo la possibilità di assaggiare il famoso Ofto di Creta a cottura lenta il cibo di sopravvivenza con yogurt fresco e patatine fresche a lato. Per gli amanti dei vegetariani : Prima del nostro viaggio verso la parte boema della città con i suoi meze e polpi Monor Asia qith bes gialli preferiti e la fonduta cretese piena di spezie e formaggio da sciogliere in bocca. Yamas con alcuni vini deliziosi e Raki e sempre con un po 'di semola halva o yogurt con cucchiaio dolce di ciliegia sauer.
Passeggiando per la storia attraverso la chiesa metropolitana e un antico monastero raggiungiamo le più antiche e piccole stradine della città ammirando le gemme nascoste sconosciute ai turisti

Magda was the best guide!!! She knows the city very well, she accommodated my husband’s request for seafood instead of lamb, and was very personable and fun. We highly recommend this tour with Magda. Two thumbs up!
A lot of food! Two stops and the second stop had at least 8-9 plates of different dishes tapas style. More then I could eat, very friendly restaurant manager, guide was ok.
A brilliant experience combining history with the delicious Cretan food and drink. Magda was a brilliant guide - the whole thing could not have been better!
We had an amazing guide Magda and we learned so much about Crete and we sampled some very delicious authentic foods as we walked leisurely through Heraklion.

We had the most wonderful food tour with Magda. She was a perfect ambassador of Cretan hospitality, history and culture. She took us to places in Heraklion we may no have gone on our own, and the food…first, I’ve never eaten so much on a food tour and we usually take one in a every major city we visit. Secondly, Magda took us to places that had unique offerings that only a local would know. One of the restaurants served us lamb, sheep and pork raised from the owner’s farm in the mountains. And I loved that she encouraged us to eat with our hands. We were immersed into the Cretan culture for a day. Loved it!

Crete Heraklion specifically was wonderful. We enjoyed tasting local cuisine. There was plenty to eat! The gelato was wonderful!

What an incredible experience with Magda! She is our new best friend! Magda truly made us feel truly special and provided us with the great history of Crete, as well as a truly amazing food experience. She is a tremendous host who wants to provide you the best culinary experience Crete has to offer. Our last stop, a sit down lunch at an amazing restaurant on the water included beer and wine, numerous appetizers to enjoy, and when we thought that was it, out came the entrees of fresh sea bass and mussels, capped off with amazing desserts. I would give this food tour 10 stars if I could. Magda is an excellent guide. We had so much food! All of the food was thoughtful and local to Crete. I love food history and Magda has a lot of insight on the history of Crete, culture and food traditions. We were with another couple so the size of our group was perfect and we got to make new friends.
