Quale può essere un modo migliore per godersi una città se non il suo cibo! Percorri le strade storiche della Vecchia Delhi (una delle strade più tradizionali per gli spuntini) per assaggiare piatti locali come Dahi-Bhalla, Chole Bhature e Gelato alla frutta! La tua guida dello storyteller avrebbe in serbo storie incredibili sull'evoluzione del cibo nella Vecchia Delhi.

Itinerario
Attraversa i folli vicoli della Vecchia Delhi usando un elegante giro in metropolitana e fai la tua prima sosta in un vecchio ristorante per Dahi Bhalla (palline di lenticchie fritte mescolate con yogurt e salsa di tamarindo). Una volta che hai finito qui, preparati a riempire alcune deliziose parantha (focaccia indiana piena di una varietà di ripieni come formaggio, anacardi, peperoncino e limone per citarne alcuni!)
Ti fermerai quindi a Gurudwara Sis Ganj Sahib, (Sikh Gurudwara con un importante riferimento storico) dove puoi conoscere il servizio di cucina della comunità e conoscere la storia dei Sikh per acquisire una conoscenza approfondita di questa religione.
Continua la tua passeggiata con il cibo, alcuni jalebis dolci (un piatto dolce fritto con farina di mais e sciroppo di zucchero) e samosa (pane triangolare fritto ripieno di patate) da un negozio di 100 anni.
Dopodiché, guida in un risciò verso il mercato delle spezie per vedere tutto il mondo delle spezie e poi riempi la pancia un po 'di più con piatti come Karachi Halwa, chole bhatura (ceci al curry e pane fritto) e un bicchiere freddo di Lassi! (Yogurt zuccherato).
Termina il tuo viaggio gastronomico con un kulfi freddo e appetitoso (gelato indiano con più di 20 gusti) prima che la tua guida ti riporti e scenda alla stazione della metropolitana.

What a delicious tour.of Old Delhi! It was the very first thing I did in India and the tour, and especially Deepak, left me with such great appreciation for the sights and smells and tastes. I loved walking through the markets and seeing the beautiful fabrics and spices. I also enjoyed taking the metro and the rickshaw with confidence that I wouldn't get lost! An experience of 10, ideal to enter the world of streetfood in India being foreign, as it took us to places totally safe and hygienic. 13 people and 0 Delhi belly!!! Something that initially scared us and made us not dare try any street food. Hopefully repeat!! I've fallen in love with panipuris

All great, took us to local street sites but looked safe and hassle-free for the Traveler. Very friendly and attentive at all times. Thanks to the tour we discovered places where we probably would not have eaten and everything at a very good price. Highly recommended.

Dining tour in English with Deepak. He is very friendly, he took us to try dishes that we had not seen until now and totally safe for the stomach of foreigners, and also the places were very cheap, we rolled for less than 200 rupees.

Great experience with Mr Deepak!! After 14 days in North India we're able to try new indian street food such as: Chole Bhature, Chaat, Samosa and Ghevar, Shwarma... Mr Deepak was extremely patient and helpful despite the monsoon and being such a large group (12 people). An amazing experience to share with friend when in Delhi, if it was not for Mr Deepak we have never discover the food and the places. Strongly recomendable! Super experiencia con el Sr Deepak! Despues de 14 dias en India Norte pudimos probar comida callejero que no habiamos visto en ningun lugar: Chole Bhature, Chaat, Samosa and Ghevar, Shwarma... El Sr Deepak fue super paciente y de gran ayuda a pesar del monzon y acabar siendo un gran grupo de 12 personas. Si ni hubiera sido por la experiencia, nunca hubiesemos pasado por los sitios que nos llevó ni sabido pedir la comida que probamos. Suuuper recomendable!

Deepak was an excellent guide, from the moment he met us to the end of the tour. We expected to be taken to local places to try the food and we did! It was amazing and we totally felt safe trying these things as we trusted Deepak to choose the best things for us. But we got more, he was so knowledgeable regarding the history, buildings, religion, etc of India and we learnt so much from him. Deepak is a natural guide, articulate, witty and very charming.
