We arrived early, called to let them know where we were waiting, and they came and picked us up early. Four travelers, each with luggage for a month. They assisted us with the luggage and got us to Logan with no issues. Side note: Boston cruise ship arrival and pickup location combination is the worst I have seen in 9 international cruises.
Prompt, friendly, courteous! An awesome experience. The dispatcher texted the driver's name and number before the pick up. We contacted the driver when we exited the terminal and he told us where he would be able to pick us up.
