Impara a fare la pasta fresca, come la facevano le nostre nonne in Italia. Ti insegneremo ogni processo e ti staremo accanto insegnandoti ogni passaggio. Prepareremo 3 tipi di pasta fresca come Ravioli, Tortellini e Tagliatelle, e allo stesso tempo prepareremo anche sughi da abbinare come burro e salvia, pomarola e ragù toscano all'antica. Non dovrai portare nulla con te perchè tutta l'attrezzatura sarà offerta da noi. Alla fine mangeremo tutto quello che abbiamo preparato. Durante l'esperienza potremo bere del buon vino toscano oppure a volontà La nostra scuola di cucina si trova all'interno di una torre medievale del 1200, a due passi dalla Cupola del Brunelleschi. Dove respirerai l'aria e la vita di Dante Alighieri, padre della lingua italiana perché la torre dove cucineremo apparteneva alla famiglia di sua moglie.

Chef Salvatore was so great. We came with our two kids and he was so nice and attentive to them. They were the only kids in the group and he gave them extra special attention. They were able to complete all the pasta making steps and they had the best time. I believe they will carry this memory forever…and the food was delicious. We can’t wait to make it at home. My only complaint would be that it was very hot. I know AC is difficult so maybe adding a fan in every room. But it was worth dealing with the heat.

Chef Antonio did a great job of keeping our large group on task and entertained! We enjoyed the class and had a great meal! The wine was also flowing! Newfound props to chefs for their skills and dedication to the art form of culinary arts!
I booked this activity for my husband, adult daughter, and me to do together, and we had so much fun. Wine was good, the food was fantastic, and our Chef was Vale. Vale was fantastic! He was the perfect mix of instructor and entertainer with his cooking skill. A “must” if you are in Florence.
