Itinerario

Tour was excellent. Agnese gave an excellent tour. She provided lots of information about Pisa and Florence. Also, she took great care of our family all day with our shopping choices and lunch.
This is a fun trip to Pisa and Florence. It is not a huge bus with tons of people. It is more of a small group. We had 6 people in our van which was a nice amount. Agnese and Pinot were great guides. They fit a lot of sightseeing in for one day. They are also very nice and accommodating. My only wish is that there was time to explore Florence a little on your own. Other than that we really enjoyed this trip. It is a long day but well worth it. You also get to see a bit of the Tuscany countryside during the drive. If you have not seen Pisa or Florence then you can't go wrong with this trip!
This is a walking tour through and through and travelers should be prepared to walk for 2 hours through the wonderful city of Florence. The positives: The Statue of David!, our knowledgeable guide, the beautiful sites and history of Venice. The negative: 102 degree weather (Fahrenheit) with what felt like 85% humidity was quite unbearable. Also, even though I know there is a lot to cover in little time (Pisa, Florence and all the driving in between) I felt extremely rushed by our guide (not the city tour guide mind you but the Viator experience tour guide) who walked extremely fast and didn't seem to wait for people who fell behind. Outside of that he was a wonderful person but he needed to be more aware of how fast (on a hot day) we had to walk to keep up with him. This is the reason I can only give the tour 4 stars and not 5
We booked a private tour for 6 family members, unfortunately we shared our guide with another group of 4. the guide would switch cars throughout the day. we paid for a private tour. We would like to be compensated for not receiving what we purchased. Our tour guide Rish and driver Artur were very good and the driver was very conscientious to stop for rest if needed. It was a nice ride beautiful scenery, the trip was good other than paying for private not receiving.
Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the tour overall, appreciated the beautiful scenery, and found both Rishi and Artur professional and attentive throughout the day. We would, however, like to clarify an important point regarding the booking. While the reservation was made through the tour page that also features the private option, the service selected and confirmed through Viator was the Small Group Tour option, which is offered at a different price than the private experience. For this reason, the tour was operated exactly as booked, with a tour leader assisting more than one vehicle during the day. We completely understand how this may have caused confusion, as both options are available on the same product page, but according to the reservation details received, a private tour was not purchased. We are glad that despite this misunderstanding, you enjoyed the experience and that Rishi and Artur helped make the day comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you again for your comments, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another tour in the future.
An amazing day trip to both Piza and Venice. Our guide was knowledgeable and delighted us with information throughout the drive and the sites. A new guide joined us in Florence who was an expert on art and Florence. A wonderful lunch in Florence (self pay). The tour felt rushed from the start. It wasn’t clear what time we had to be at certain locations and asking for a bathroom break seemed to cause timing issues. It’s a full day and I did need several bathroom breaks which I think caused more stress for the guide.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed visiting Pisa and Florence and that you appreciated the knowledge and professionalism of both your tour leader and the local guide in Florence. We are especially pleased that you enjoyed learning about the history, culture, and art of these remarkable destinations. At the same time, we would like to clarify that tours covering two major cities in a single day require careful time management in order to ensure that all guests can enjoy the planned visits, scheduled entrances, and return to Rome at the expected time. Our tour leaders always do their best to accommodate individual needs, including additional comfort stops whenever possible, while also balancing the needs of the entire group and the tour schedule. We are sorry if the pace of the day felt rushed at times, but this is often a natural consequence of trying to maximize the experience and include as many highlights as possible within a full-day itinerary. We would also like to recognize our staff, who work hard throughout the day to assist guests, adapt to unforeseen circumstances, and ensure that everyone enjoys a smooth and memorable experience. We appreciate your comments and are pleased that, despite these challenges, you were able to enjoy the beauty of Pisa and Florence and had an overall positive experience. Thank you for traveling with us, and we hope to welcome you again on a future tour in Italy.
Great communication from the moment I booked the tour. Prompt on time pickup at a convenient location. Drive to Pisa and Florence from Rome was very comfortable in a spacious van with AC. Traveled with my senior parents, husband and two kids under 18. Stopped there and back at to use restrooms and get drinks and snacks. Once in Pisa guide walked us straight into Baptistry and Cathedral with tickets and we were able to see and explore as well as see the tower and take pictures. From there we went to Florence and we went to a leather store to see and purchase leather goods. So many beautiful colors and items to pick from. Guide recommended a place to eat, Trattoria Vecchio Mercato and reserved a table for us. Our meal was delicious and we had some time to walk the market afterwards before our walking tour started. Our guide was very informative and we were able to get in fairly quickly to the Galleria to see David. From there we went to see the Cathedral and Baptistry then to the Piazza della Signoria and walked to Ponte Vecchio. The Tour was easy to follow and definitely would recommend. Before we left our driver stopped at Vista Panoramica di Firenze Punto Panoramico and the views of the city are amazing. We all enjoyed our day trip and had a wonderful time. Thank you.
Thank you for your wonderful and detailed review. We are delighted to hear that you and your family had such an enjoyable experience visiting Pisa and Florence. It is especially rewarding to know that everything ran smoothly from the moment of booking through to the end of the tour, and that the transportation was comfortable for all members of your group, including your senior parents and children. We are pleased that you enjoyed the visits to Pisa’s magnificent Cathedral and Baptistery, the opportunity to explore Florence, and the chance to admire Michelangelo’s David at the Accademia Gallery. It is also wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the leather shopping experience, your lunch in Florence, and the time spent exploring the local market. We are delighted that our team’s recommendations and assistance helped make the day even more enjoyable. The panoramic stop overlooking Florence is always a favorite moment for many guests, and we are glad that it provided a memorable ending to your visit. Thank you for your recommendation and for choosing to travel with us. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you and your family back for another unforgettable experience in Italy.
The headline said Private Tour. My fault for failing to read the fine print on the click but I didn’t realize it was a shared tour. Our new friends were fine. The van was a POS. The suspension was horrible and riding in the back seat while our driver drove like he was Mario Andreaddi was the worst experience I have ever had. 4 hours of pure hell felling every bump turn and hard stop. It’s was so bad we took a train back from Florence to Rome rather than ride in it any more. I would not recommend this tour period.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few points for future readers. The tour you booked is clearly advertised as a small-group experience, while a private option is available separately for guests who prefer exclusive transportation and guiding services. Regarding the vehicle, we take great pride in maintaining a modern fleet that is regularly inspected and serviced to ensure comfort and safety for our guests. We have received many positive comments from travelers regarding the same vehicles used on this route. As for the driving, all of our drivers are licensed professionals with extensive experience and are required to comply with all traffic regulations and safety standards. We take any comments regarding safety very seriously, but we can confidently state that our drivers do not exceed speed limits or compromise passenger safety. We understand that long road journeys, particularly between Rome, Pisa, and Florence, may feel tiring for some travelers, and comfort can be perceived differently from person to person. We appreciate your feedback, but we also stand by the professionalism of our staff and the quality standards of our vehicles and services. We wish you the very best for the remainder of your travels in Italy.
We booked through Viator to visit Pisa and Florence. Our driver Antonio and guide Agnese were so polite and friendly . They helped us with our plans and needs. They were taking care if we are comfortable and checking the whole day schedule of ours for what works and what doesn’t since I had a little kid. Agnese was very patient with explaining history of Tuscan and Florence. She also gave us more suggestions on Rome and other historical and beautiful places in Italy. She also helped us sneak in our leather shopping in Florence which we were much interested in. Thanks to her for getting us in the right stores. Overall we had wonderful experiences within this tour with good food, shopping and visiting to these cities.

It is especially rewarding to know that they took such good care of your family throughout the day, ensuring that the itinerary remained comfortable and enjoyable, particularly while traveling with a young child. We are pleased that Agnese’s knowledge of Tuscany and Florence helped enrich your experience and that her recommendations allowed you to discover even more of Italy’s history and beauty. It is also wonderful to hear that she helped you find the right places for your leather shopping in Florence, making sure you could enjoy one of the city's most famous traditions. We will be delighted to share your kind words with both Antonio and Agnese. Thank you for choosing to travel with us, and we are thrilled that the combination of sightseeing, shopping, good food, and personalized attention made for such a memorable day.
