This church was amazing! Definitely worth seeing. I would get the audio guide however to learn more about the details if you do not have a guided tour. Overall it was magnificent!

I received the entry tickets as pdf format with some instructions how to download audio and maybe a map? The audio portion required registration and download their app ? not sure because I didn’t receive the authentication email text from them. A few different attempts to contact them via the Viator app and it sent me the same pdf file that I received previously. So at the end, we walked through the basilica without any direction or narration If possible I would like to get part of fees refunded. The ticket at the door was much cheaper.

The self guided tour was very informative. I think next time we go it would be even better with a guided tour.The place is beautiful with many important people buried there. Unfortunately if you don’t speak dying, and it’s hard to realize who some of the people are in the tombs on the floor.

I never received our actual tickets and no one was there on site. DO NOT BOOK THIS EXPERIENCE! I WAS SCAMMED OUT OF MY MONEY !

Upon reviewing your booking, we identified that the tickets were duly shared via the Viator app and email 3 days prior to your visit. Our support team is always available and would have gladly assisted you with the tickets again if had we been contacted during your visit.
We booked a 10:30 time slot for the next day but later received communication that there was no availability and the ticket was moved to 2.30. If I recall, you did not have the option to cancel. The revised ticket was later sent by email and WhatsApp. The audio tour was ok but I’m assuming the official audio tour would have been a better choice. It’s interesting to see the tombs of some famous people. I would likely book through the official site in future.

Must have experience the underrated basilica of Florence.. It was quite, clam and soothing... In the heart of the city, with mesmerizing architecture... Recommended morning times for best experience

Do not book this tour! You will not get a guide of the interior of the church! And the company will not issue a refund when you point the error out to them AND the tour company will also not reply once you reach out.
