- Per partecipare a questo tour, è necessario avere una buona condizione fisica e una precedente esperienza in bicicletta. Prima della partenza verrà effettuato un breve test ride: chi non è in grado di guidare la bicicletta in sicurezza non potrà partecipare al tour. In tali casi, non sarà previsto alcun rimborso per l'esperienza mancata
- L'altezza minima richiesta per guidare le bici elettriche è di 150 cm (4'11"), e l'età minima per partecipare al tour è di 14 anni
- Si consiglia di indossare abbigliamento comodo e scarpe chiuse adatte al ciclismo. Durante la stagione estiva si consiglia l'uso di cappelli, occhiali da sole e crema solare
- Tutti i partecipanti devono seguire attentamente le istruzioni della guida e rispettare il codice della strada. L’organizzazione non è responsabile per eventuali incidenti derivanti da comportamenti imprudenti o dal mancato rispetto delle norme di sicurezza
- Le bici elettriche richiedono un livello minimo di coordinazione e abilità di guida. È fondamentale saper gestire il peso della bici, soprattutto quando si scende
- In caso di ritiro volontario dal tour prima del suo completamento, verrà addebitato un contributo di € 30 a persona per coprire i costi logistici e operativi associati al recupero delle biciclette e alla riorganizzazione del servizio.
- Si prega di notare che, in caso di ritiro volontario dal tour, nessun trasporto di ritorno sarà fornito dall'operatore, né sarà organizzato alcun servizio taxi o navetta. I partecipanti che scelgono di lasciare il tour in anticipo saranno responsabili dell'organizzazione del proprio trasporto di ritorno.

You should be comfortable on a bicycle, does not need to be an E bike that you’re comfortable with, but somebody who’s not comfortable on a bicycle should not do this tour. It is not difficult terrain but navigating around people and cars is tricky and if you are not adept at maneuvering, it would be a problem. It was a lot of fun and a great way to see an overview of the city in a unique way. The wine tasting at the end was a nice bonus, very generous with ham and cheese and bread to accompany. The guide was great, very informative with some interesting historical facts and fun stories. My only request from him would be next time to introduce himself and have us all introduce ourselves because we spent a couple of hours with everyone and never knew anyone’s name. I know I could’ve initiated that, but it would’ve been nice if the guide did it.

We recently had our first family experience with eBikes. The guide provided an initial explanation of how the eBikes functioned; however, our 14-year-old had some difficulty following the instructions, which led to the guide shortening the tour and appearing visibly frustrated. Despite this, we still enjoyed the ride and created some lovely memories as a family.
Lisa was amazing. Sharing her knowledge of Florence with all of us. Telling us where the significant land marks could be located along the route. The end of the trip was a great surprise; a free wine tasting at a great restaurant across the street. What a way to end our time in Florence.
My husband and i had an amazing time and enjoyed beautiful views along the way. What a great way to see the streets of Firenze in 2 hours. Leon was a great tour guide and with only 3 of us in the group today.... we were able to move along smoothly and stop and chat along the way. The bikes were fantastic and easy to use, especially if you have had experience on bikes before. And thank you for the 'surprise tasting ' a great way to finish off the ride.
It was a fun experience. Bikes were good and we went past alot of the main landmarks. Didn’t learn too much about the history of the places but was enough for a good taster of Florence and gave us the ideas of the places we want to visit.
