We really enjoyed our boat ride on the Nile in a Fulucca with Hassan (the boat owner). He speaks decent English and is as nice as can be. The ride down the Nile is so peaceful – and a chance to see the farming and people living their everyday lives. In addition to a 2 hour boat ride, hassan also does a longer trip where you dock at the shore and take a donkey to his home and have lunch. We wish we’d done that longer trip and will book that next time. He actually picked us up right at our hotel (The Steigenberger) which was cool. The tour was great – on time, clean boat, great vibe, easy booking/payment. Just go to Facebook and search for “Luxor Felucca Trips”. Highly Recommend!
