Il Santuario di Fatima, formalmente intitolato dalla Chiesa cattolica come Santuario di Nostra Signora del Rosario di Fatima, è un santuario mariano dedicato a Nostra Signora di Fatima, situato nel luogo di Cova da Iria, nella città di Fatima, comune di Ourém, in Portogallo. .
