Descrizione

Had a lot of fun touring the farm, hanging with the animals and taking a walk with the goats. Simple but enjoyable experience. Staff was very friendly, animals were super friendly. Kids really enjoyed it, they wanted to stay longer!

We had a small wellness retreat with our business, and we picked the perfect place! First, we made felted loofa soaps and then went on a walk of the farm. What a lovely spot!

Creating space for relaxation, creativity, and connection is exactly what we hope guests experience here. We loved hosting your group and hope to welcome you back again soon! 💚
We visited the farm last weekend and took the farm tour. It was wonderful. Our tour guide was so informative and pleasant. It was quite cold but the pleasure I got from touring the farm made me forget the cold. It was so much fun to walk among the animals and pet them. I learned a lot about the animals. I would definitely go again.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re so happy you enjoyed your visit to Clover Brooke Farm. Even on a chilly day, there’s something special about spending time with the animals and experiencing life on the farm. We’re glad the tour was both fun and informative, and that you had a chance to connect with so many of our furry friends along the way. Your kind words mean so much to us, and we’d love to welcome you back again for another visit.
When visiting a farm I typically think “perfect family friendly activity,” well for the first time ever, after years of visiting numerous farms most of which DO NOT CHARGE for animal contact, I finally found one that did not give off a family friendly feel in Clover Brooke Farms. This farm has ridiculously strict policies for an establishment that has such terrible availability for opening hours however; I decided to overlook this given the highly rated reviews on google which quite frankly are somewhat misleading. The policy required a 3 day advance cancellation on all tickets and charges a 3.5% fee for cancellations. There are no reschedule options according to their policy and there’s zero flexibility with tardiness which seems pretty fair until you realize that according to GOOGLE the farm is closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursdays and only open for 3 and a half hours on Fridays and Saturdays and 4 and a half hours on Sunday leaving very little room for errors! I purchased tickets for 6 people including an infant because I sadly missed the fact that children under 1 do not get charged at this farm. Within minutes of purchasing the tickets I caught two errors on my part. The 1st error was that I chose the wrong date for the tickets and the 2nd error was that I paid for my infant. As soon as I caught my mistakes within minutes of purchasing, I reached out to the farm and let them know I accidentally chose the wrong date and paid for my baby. The person I emailed reached back out and did change my tickets to the correct date regardless of their no rescheduling policy, however did not respond to or even acknowledge the additional inquiry requesting a refund for wrongful purchase for an infant. I was unsure why no response about the refund was acknowledged so I decided to wait to speak with someone over the phone during opening hours. When I called the farm the woman I spoke with stated she was in fact the same person who changed my ticket dates and that she did read that part of the email requesting a refund, but would not provide a refund because as per the policy she felt she didn’t even have to reschedule my tickets and did this as a courtesy and she was entitled to charge me an administration fee for having changed my tickets dates even though that fee was not apart of the policy I read online. I was stunned and disgusted. Not only did she essentially admit to just downright ignoring a portion of my email but she also took the liberty of adding a made up fee that isn’t posted on their website. An administration FEE for a farm ladies and gentlemen. Who has ever heard of such a thing??? If that doesn’t just leave a bad taste in your mouth and shout money hungry then I don’t know what does. I understand as a whole, farms generally benefit greatly from contributions and business however this was an incredibly distasteful way of obtaining customer money. My family and friends drove 1 hour and 45 minutes to this farm. The farm itself currently has construction going on within a home where guests need access in order to use the restrooms. As far as the farm experience with the animals and tour purchased it’s self, the animals looked well cared for and the tour guide was friendly enough and knowledgeable about the animals but I wouldn’t consider this trip worth the time. This farm gives basic. It’s small for a farm, and there are nicer ones that are actually worth the trip and time. I highly recommend Linvilla Orchards in PA which offers free animal petting access and feeding along with a plethora of other fun activities for families and children. So many options for farms that bad experiences shouldn’t exist. I’m a first time parent, currently going through postpartum and the effects of postpartum brain and frankly families with small infants and children should be provided grace and flexibility.
We’re sorry to hear your visit didn’t meet your expectations, and we recognize that postpartum can be a challenging time—sometimes even farms can feel overwhelming when sleep and schedules are in short supply. That said, we also noticed a few inaccuracies in your review and wanted to clarify for future visitors. Our cancellation policy is a 3-day prior-to-event window, with a non-refundable 3.5% credit card processing fee. Rescheduling is generally not offered, but we do make exceptions in the case of emergencies noted in advance. In your case, we did adjust your ticket date as a courtesy, even though this falls outside our stated policy. Regarding our hours: we are open 4 days a week, with timeframes designed to balance welcoming guests while still managing the daily care of a working farm. Admission fees help support the year-round care and upkeep of our animals, who are at the center of everything we do. To clarify further: • We do not charge “administrative fees” beyond what is published in our policies. • Our Visitors Center is fully open, including restrooms, and there is no construction limiting guest access. We’re glad you found our animals well-cared for and appreciated your guide’s knowledge. While we regret that your overall impression wasn’t what you hoped for, we do want future guests to have accurate information when making their plans. We wish you and your family all the best—and hope future adventures feel a little less “postpartum” and a lot more joyful.
The owners are incredibly nice and the property is gorgeous but only a lama, a few goats and the donkey let you pet them The alpacas retreated to the far end of the field. Also, the guide was not especially knowledgeable. Farm store didn't have much. Won't be back.
Thank You for your review. Our Farm Tour is meant to offer a sampling of different species to both see and meet. If you'd prefer one-on-one time with our animals, we suggest you consider booking a hike or walk, spending up to an hour with your hiking or walking buddy. Hope you'll reconsider visiting again and check out our website for an assortment of other experiences. forward to your return and meet our other animals in the farm.
Our tour guide was incredible! She is currently a biology student at the nearby college, works in an animal hospital, and hopes to become a veterinarian. She was a wealth of information on the animals and the farm. Despite it being a hot day and having a mix of animal lovers and animal ambivalents in our group, we all appreciated what we learned and found the tour well worth the money.
Thank You for your generously kind review and will share with your Guide, Ananda. We look forward to your return and meet our other animals in the farm.
Our guide Ananda was Very well informed, Beautifully Compassionate, and was the Cherry on top of a Wonderfully Heartwarming time at Blossoms. All of the animals showed a Comfortable demeanor as we were directed to those that would most enjoy our attention. I was DELIGHTED with this trip and want to Thank all of the staff!
Thank You for your generously kind review and will share with your Guide, Ananda. We look forward to your return and meet our other animals in the farm.
This was an over the top exceptional experience. The animals were adorable and the goat walk was so much fun. Kate our Guide was super knowledgeable and a great guide! We did the goat walk and I plan to go back to do the donkey and alpaca walk.
Thank You for your generously kind review and will share with your Guide, Kate. We look forward to your return and meet our other animals in the farm. ❤️
