Molti chef preparano del buon cibo, ma solo pochi lo fanno con la sensazione familiare e la passione che irradia lo chef Divya Kalwara. Nata da una linea di sangue reale, Divya ha frequentato la scuola Maharani Gayatri Devi di Jaipur. Ha completato i suoi master in Psicologia presso l'Indraprasth College, Università di Delhi. Condividendo un profondo legame con il cibo, si è condizionata a diventare una cuoca professionista, partecipando a riviste famose come il London Times e il Washington Post. Avendo i suoi valori culturali profondamente radicati in lei, la cucina di Divya è molto ispirata dai suoi antenati. Sua madre e sua nonna erano le sue maestre d'infanzia che le hanno insegnato le loro famose ricette reali tradizionali "Rajputi". Anche sua suocera le ha insegnato alcuni dei suoi segreti di cucina. "

I enjoyed this evening was made to feel most welcome. I dindnt do any cooking as had a bad cold but everything was explained and she made it look so easy. The food was delicious at the end of lesson. Would recommend.

We spent the most wonderful evening with Divya learning about the amazing spices and cooking techniques. We had the most delicious dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the company. Highly recommend this unique experience

It was a perfect evening. The Chef taught us how to cook typical Indian meals and then we ate the food that we prepared. The environment was very beautiful, we felt at home and they showed us the restaurant sites on the top of the Palace. Very very recommended! Alessandro & Vittoria
