La piazza è soggetta a frequenti raduni che possono essere instabili, e in quei periodi dovrebbero essere evitati dagli stranieri. Nei momenti più tranquilli la piazza mostra l'usura della rivoluzione, ma è piuttosto centrale nella vita politica egiziana moderna. Appena ad ovest della rotatoria c'è una strada chiamata El-Tahrir Street. È ricoperto di murales che raffigurano i sentimenti rivoluzionari. Ottima opera d'arte. Persone cordiali. A seconda del clima politico, vale la pena dare un'occhiata.
Ad un'altezza di 600 piedi, questa torre offre una magnifica vista dell'intera città e dei monumenti dal suo ristorante e bar sul tetto girevole.

Camminando per El Moez Street ci sono così tanti splendidi edifici da ammirare, tra cui la famosa moschea Al Aqmar. Una delle moschee più antiche dell'Egitto, la sua facciata è nota per i suoi dettagliati lavori in pietra, mentre il suo interno accoglie tutti i visitatori con una fresca brezza rinfrescante. Un paradiso per gli appassionati di architettura, si dice che la moschea Al Qamar sia stata costruita durante il periodo fatimide nel 1125 d.C. sotto il regime di Al-Ma'mun Al Bata'ihi, anche se alcuni storici sostengono che sia stata costruita durante il califfato dell'Imam Al- Amir bi-Ahkami l-Lah; altri ancora sostengono che sia stato costruito durante il califfato di Al Mustansir.
La moschea si trova all'inizio di al-Muizz li Din Allah Street, adiacente al muro nord fatimide della Città Vecchia del Cairo in Egitto, a pochi passi da Bab al-Futuh (Porta della Conquista) e Bab al- Nasr (Porta della Vittoria). Al momento della sua costruzione, la moschea si trovava fuori dalle mura di mattoni che circondavano il Cairo Fatimide, costruito per ordine di Jawhar al-Saqalli, il comandante degli eserciti del califfo fatimide, al-Muizz li-Din Allah in AH 359 / 970 DC. In AH 480 / DC 1087. Badr al-Din al-Jamali, ministro del califfo fatimide al-Mustansir, intraprese l'espansione della città all'estremità settentrionale e meridionale, per una distanza di 150 m. Ha costruito i nuovi muri in pietra e il muro nord si è scontrato con il muro nord-orientale della moschea, Il Cairo, Egitto

There is no video, documentary or photo that can give as much amazement and emotion as the real-life visit to the treasures of Egypt, both by visiting the archaeological sites and admiring the natural panorama during the Nile cruise. We traveled in May, at the beginning of the low season, but still in time to avoid melting in the great southern heat. The advantage was that we didn't find any crowds or queues. The staff at Memphis was exceptional and very professional. In each city we were welcomed and facilitated in all steps by the agency representatives who assisted us in everything with great availability and courtesy (Abdul in Cairo, Ahmed in Luxor and Ramadan in Aswan). I fondly remember the excellent guides who accompanied us: Emilio in Abu Simbel, Alì for four days in the sites visited during the Nile cruise and finally the prof. Sherif in Cairo. Even during the booking and organization phase we were followed by Khaloud with great kindness and precision. Lastly, something that may seem like a small thing, but it isn't, we have always been provided with the necessary water. I definitely recommend relying on Menphis Tour for trips to Egypt.
