Roberto and Elias were wonderful tour guides. Elias took us all around pelican rock and we saw so many cool fish. We got great pictures and I even got to swim next to sea lions. They toured us around lovers beach and divorce beach and the arch. It was super fun and they were really nice.

The tour appeared to be overbooked, with 18 guests, one captain, and one tour guide all boarding the boat. The space was extremely cramped—so much so that it was difficult for anyone to move comfortably. It felt like the boat should have been limited to around 16 passengers rather than 20. As we approached the snorkeling area, we were instructed to put on our gear, but the lack of space made this nearly impossible. Many guests had to wait for others to enter the water before they could even get ready, which significantly reduced our snorkeling time. While the fish and marine life were impressive, the overall snorkeling experience was disappointing. We were directed to swim in a tight circle around a rock and were not allowed to spread out or explore. There were multiple groups in the same small area, making it overcrowded and uncomfortable. At times, I had to actively avoid being kicked by the fins of the person in front of me due to how tightly we were packed together. Overall, this was a frustrating and poorly managed experience, and I would not recommend this tour company.

The maximum for this vessel is 16 passengers, plus captain and guide. We understand that space may have felt limited during certain moments, and we will review the flow of the activity to improve overall comfort. Saw a lot of beautiful colorful fish and sea lions. Our captain George and tour guide David did a great job. Area we were in was not too crowded.

We were picked up directly from the resort and brought by comfortable van to the marina by Alain. He dropped us off early in town so that we could shop and nicely called us and when it was time for the boat. George was our boat driver and David our guide. David was great at explaining safety instructions and making sure everyone was able to see various fish. Highly recommend this activity

Pablo and Roberto were wonderful, friendly, and patient. We had plenty of time to snorkel and Pablo helped my mom get around. They pointed out the different fish and a turtle.
