Great day captain was fun, food was nice

I would describe our experience with 3N's as being “outsourced.” When we were picked up, I was informed we’d be flying Titan Air, a public airline, because there were only four in my family and another couple, not enough to fill their plane. The flight ended up being 47 minutes and not 15 as expected and included an unanticipated stop at another island to drop off locals and supplies, which surprised both us and the other couple. Upon arrival, we walked to our boat and met Captain Peter. We immediately noticed that several boats displayed the 3N's company name, but the one we boarded did not. We later discovered that Captain Peter was not affiliated with 3N's. During the boat ride, Captain Peter was uncommunicative. He briefly pointed out where the drinks were but offered no conversation or information about our destinations or the surroundings. Overall, Captain Peter was disappointing; he merely told us how long we could stay at each stop and gave no details about where we were headed next. In general, we all felt very rushed at each destination. We have done multiple private and small group tours on other islands and Captain Peter was my worst experience.   Once our tour concluded, Captain Peter escorted us to lunch before handing us over to Marry. While we understand we are on a small island, the meal left much to be desired. A simple turkey wrap would have been better. After lunch, we were invited to relax by the swimming pool as we waited for our flight. Together with the other couple, we enjoyed a drink and exchanged conversation in the pool, but the experience felt somewhat misplaced; we couldn’t help but question why we were spending an hour swimming rather than exploring more of the island’s offerings. Ultimately, it seemed as though the majority of our time was spent waiting for our flights and transportation.  While I genuinely appreciated the remarkable encounters with the sharks, pigs, and the adventure of discovering the grotto, I ultimately felt that the overall experience did not warrant the high cost. 3N's failed to communicate clear expectations, which left us uncertain about important details throughout the tour. Furthermore, Captain Peter did not fulfill the usual duties of a tour operator, and this lack of engagement further detracted from our enjoyment. Taken together, these shortcomings left us disappointed and questioning whether the tour truly delivered value for the amount we invested.

The only reason I am giving this experience a 3 star is because of the stops that we did make were accurate with the tour. Due to the fact that we had a smaller group (6 in total) we were flown over to Exuma with a larger group of people. We thought the flight would've been private per the description in the email. Since our group was smaller, we did not get Dave the tour guide that everyone raves about. We had a gentleman named Perry. He did not speak to us; he didn't describe anything to us. We had to ask him where we would be going next. If we asked him a question, he gave a one-word answer. He wouldn't tell us how long at each stop, we had to ask him when we were leaving. Our group joked and pretended to be the guides because we have zero conversation with our actual guide. The lunch was ok but for a full menu restaurant you were only allowed to pick from a few options. For the price that we paid and for the reviews that we read we were really disappointed in this tour and would not recommend it.

We found ourselves looking forward to each meal because we knew we were in for another culinary experience. You truly elevated our honeymoon one plate at a time. To **Captain Dave** of **3Ns Exuma Vacations**, thank you for giving us a private boat tour that exceeded every expectation. Your knowledge of the Exumas, your professionalism, your attention to detail, and the way you made the entire experience feel relaxed, safe, and unforgettable turned what could have been a simple excursion into one of the greatest highlights of our honeymoon. The memories we created on the crystal-clear waters of the Exumas will stay with us for a lifetime. Finally, thank you to **Embrace Resort** and Natajia for providing such a beautiful place to celebrate the beginning of our marriage. The accommodations, atmosphere, service, and genuine hospitality made it the perfect home away from home. If your lucky when you go on this trip you will have captain Dave , he is knowledge and a very friendly person , he treated me and my wife amazingly , 10/10 would recommend him and this excursion to anyone !!

David was an amazing captain !!! Made sure we were having fun and safe !!!! And he let us feed the baby pigggs that’s a plusssssss

Awesome tour with Captain Dave! The quick flight in gives you plenty of time to enjoy multiple stops. Captain Dave timed the stops perfectly to take advantage of the tides and avoid crowds. Plus Mary was great with the food at the end. Very enjoyable day from start to finish. Five Stars!!!

What an amazing experience this was. Such a seamless service from booking to completing registration forms, ordering lunch. We were a family of 7 and it has been a dream to visit the Exuma islands. We had a fab, cheery driver called Dave you picked us up from the hotel so a great start to our experience. We had such a cool memorable experience flying over with the wonderful experience pilot, captain Bullard. My son said it was the coolest thing he has ever done. To see the beauty of the islands from the sky was so emotional and memorable. We were greeted and looked after by the lovely host Dexi… such a warm welcome and also at the end of out trip too, she spent time chatting to us about our experience. Then the amazing captain Terron. So special to have some local show us their beautiful islands. I’ve never seen such a beautiful part of the world… so unspoiled, Mother Nature at its best. Terron was so helpful getting us on and off boat, taking us to less busy spots and his experience with the wildlife was incredible. We had the most memorable of days and I know we will be one of our favourite days we’ve ever had as a family. It was that amazing.. life felt so good today seeing it all. Thank you all today 🙌

It was an amazing day spent with my family of 7 and our captain Terron, who was so helpful and chatty and made the day so much better, with so many different experiences each as amazing as the last, it was the smoothest day, with everything organised perfectly by our host Dexi and set up to give you the most out of your day even down to our driver Dave, a 1 in a million experience

This was quite simply the best day ever! It was the most beautiful and spectacular tour, and every stop was amazing. We came for the pigs, which were great, but absolutely loved the nurse sharks, sandbar, iguanas, and Thunderball Grotto - and the flight over to Staniel Cay from Nassau! Big shout out to our amazing captain Terron, our driver Dave, pilot Bullard and host Dexi - all of them were awesome and made the whole experience seamless and fun! 100% recommend 3N’s!
