Da Mahogany Bay (Carnevale, Principessa, Cunard): Siamo situati a soli 6 minuti a piedi dalla vostra nave. Nessun trasporto necessario! Attraversa la piazza verso l'area dei trasporti e cerca l'edificio arancione brillante con il cartello "Extreme Zipline Adventure" sul tetto. Si prega di non uscire dal cancello principale della zona portuale. Ti invieremo una mappa facile da seguire prima del tuo arrivo. Dal porto di Roatan (Norvegese / Royal Caribbean, MSC, vergine, TUII) : Ci vediamo sulla strada principale, appena fuori Port Gate # 1. Le nostre guide in camicia nera vi aspetteranno con cartelli "Xplore Roatan". Ti invieremo una mappa facile da seguire prima del tuo arrivo. Arrivando da un'altra località o non sei sicuro di quale porto? Nessun problema! Fateci sapere il vostro orario e luogo di ritiro preferito quando prenotate. Se arrivate con i vostri mezzi, condividete l'orario di arrivo previsto. Per gli ospiti che richiedono il servizio di prelievo, offriamo il trasporto tra le 8 : 00 AM e 13 : 00 PM. Horseback riding and zip lining

I did the horseback riding excursion and also the zip lining. The horseback riding was a lot of fun. Be prepared to use bug spray before you go. I didn’t know and ended up with at least 20 mosquito bites on one of my legs, but the actual experience was fun and it was beautiful. The zip lining I wouldn’t recommend. We were placed in groups of about 15 people and then weren’t told that they were going to be combining another group of 15 people with us so every time we zip lined to another platform you have to wait for all 30 people to come across before you can do the next zip line. It took forever, so if you’re in a rush, this isn’t a good excursion to do. It was frustrating waiting that long. Also, the person that does the photography for the excursion expressed interest in my friend and liked her so when I paid for the photos of my excursion, there was an absurd amount of photos of her and hardly any of me and I was the one that paid for the photos for both of us, which was really disappointing when I paid just as much for the excursion for the same experience as her. very unprofessional in my opinion, as there should be equal amounts of photos of everybody participating.

Hi Rachel, thank you for the detailed review. It means a lot that the horseback riding was a highlight, beautiful views and all, even with the mosquitoes. You're right that repellent makes a big difference out there. We keep it stocked at our convenience shop and remind guests before excursions, and we'll make sure that reminder reaches everyone so no one gets caught off guard. The zipline wait is on us. Combining two groups of 15 without telling anyone leaves you stuck on platforms far too long, and that's not the pace we want. We're fixing how we size and communicate group changes so the line keeps moving. The photo situation bothers us most. You paid the same as your friend for the same experience, and you should have come away with just as many photos of yourself. What you described isn't fair, and it isn't the standard we hold our team to. We're addressing it directly with our photographer and reviewing how photos get taken and shared so every guest gets equal coverage. You deserved a smoother day than this one.
